Comfortable rooms - nice venue for a wedding.
Breakfast spread was sparse
Wonderful staff, very accommodating concierge. Brought my uber eats to my room! Lovely young man serving coffee in the morning.
Value for money low. Great staff and convenient location for work event, but the rooms are very old. Bathroom was very dated, gunk in the shower. Needs a renovation, badly. Not comparable to similar hotels nearby, such as the Bella vista quest.
Everything
The room was spacious and excellently appointed, and most importantly for us, the bed was very comfortable and a king size. This was our second stay, as it is a very good hotel and so well-positioned to everything in the Bella Vista area. Also importantly to us, the room was very quiet, and even though this time we were on the highway side, the double or triple glazing made it very quiet. Room service food is a great bonus. Car parking on site is another bonus although there is a small surcharge for that. Great disability access.
More gluten-free options would be great, and the breakfast could have more on offer in the buffet, but this is a minor point.
What a joke a suburban hotel charging for parking , ordered room service and was told sorry after 40 mins that’s not available order something else very average and was cold
Everything
Reception were nice and friendly
As soon as we walked into the foyer it smelt like mould the room smelt like urine very disappointed
We didn't get breakfast included this time as apparently we have to book direct with Visy Dior however when we tried to book they said they had no rooms available for our specified dates. No one bothered to say we will call you if there is a cancellation for those dates so we tried booking.com and got a room straight away. Not really bothered about the breakfast inclusion but seemed strange that we got a room through booking.com and to be honest there were a few tourist buses coming through but it didn't seem that busy for such a large establishment. The staff were friendly and helpful though. We are from Melbourne and were visiting my Wife's elderly parents in Bella Vista Aged Care, so Visy Dior is convenient for us
This is a convenient amd well appointed hotel that I've stayed at many times.
I was unaware that they now charge for parking. I was disappointed in finding this out as it adds to the expense of the stay and I can't see the reason for it.
I would probably choose to stay elsewhere that doesn't charge for parking.
