Not as good as previous stay.
Pros:

Location
Parking onsite was a good price

Cons:

Our room was looking very tired. We had stayed previously and had a lovely room. This time our room had broken cupboard doors, carpet loose and stretched and no hanging space.
Room service trays were still outside rooms at least a day after. Not collected.
Restaurant overpriced. Last time we had the option at dining in with a bar menu that was more reasonably priced.
Will think twice before booking next time.

The positives far outweigh the one negative
Pros:

The beds at this place are SUPER comfy!! They are the main reason we are return customers.

Cons:

It’s just far enough away that you can’t easily walk to places. This is not an issue if you have a car or are happy to jump in an uber.

Dump.
Pros:

Nothing what a dump.

Cons:

They put us in a room that looked like a crime had been committed. Did we look like such low life’s that we’d except this. I couldn’t take my shoes off the carpet was so disgusting. I wish I had a picture because you just couldn’t believe it. Anyway we left.

Comfortable bed and adequate bathroom facilities
Pros:

Bed, bathroom and atmosphere ( air con) quiet and peaceful
Help from staff to get luggage to and from car oark

Cons:

TV didn’t work.. had to get staff to fix it.
No power points for electronic devices ie: USB points. Power points could be upgraded to fix this.
