Wenn Hamburg, dann Alsterhof!
Pros:

Der Alsterhof ist wunderbar für einen angenehmen Kurzaufenthalt in Hamburg fußläufig zur City. Nicht weit vom Hauptbahnhof. Nebenan ist die Binnen- und Außenalster, die Hamburger Oper und vieles mehr. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, das Personal kompetent und freundlich. Wir können wirklich nur positiv bewerten!

gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Super Lage, sehr freundliche und motivierte Reinigungskraft, die sich nach Zufriedenheit erkundigt hat. Sehr sauberes Zimmer.

Kein WLAN im Zimmer- zumindest keine Infos darüber.

Cons:

Ziemlich feldwebelhaft unfreundliche Abendrezeptionistin am Ankuftstag um 18.30 Uhr. Schnippisch und besserwisserisch.

Unvollständige Minibar.
Hätte gerne einen Whisky als Absacker genommen.

Schlechter Kaffee, nur Filterkaffee.

Ich komme nicht wieder.

Lage.

Cons:

Zimmer hat gestunken und war uralt, klein und das Bett unbequem. Hellhörig, konnte kaum schlafen. Baustelle um die Ecke, oder im Hotel? Kein WLAN, Kein Bügelbrett (man musste zum Hemd bügeln ins Nachbarhotel), Handtuch war dreckig. Alles in Allem ein sehr unschöner Aufenthalt, leider. Die Bilder verlocken, was man bekommt ist was ganz anderes. Aber Hauptsache es liegt ein Nähset auf dem Schreibtisch parat ....

Gute und günstige Alternative in super Lage mit sehr freundlichem Personal

- sehr schöner Frühstücksraum mit einem für den Preis sehr angemessenem Frühstück (gute Auswahl an Wurst, Käse, Joghurt, Rührei, Brot/Brötchen, Obst etc.)

Cons:

Ich hatte ein Einzelzimmer gebucht und offen gestanden nicht damit gerechnet, dass es noch so etwas wie ein klassisches Einzelzimmer gibt, also ein Zimmer mit einem 90cm breitem Bett. Ich bin nicht so groß und breit, denke aber, das größere und/oder beleibtere Menschen vor der Buchung nachfragen sollten. Ich weiß, dass aktuell immer wieder Abschnitte renoviert und dann möglicherweise auch einem modernerem Stand was Einzelzimmer angeht angepasst werden.
