Hamburg - Übernachtung in der Neustadt, eine sehr gute Wahl
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr verkehrsnah am Stephansplatz (U1), vom Hbf ca. 10 Minuten. Die Collonaden sind in der Nähe, das Casino, die Oper, ein Park - Cafés und Restaurants, die wunderbare Laeiszhalle, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fussläufig erreichbar.
Ich hatte ein Einzelzimmer im 4. OG zum Hinterhof - alles sehr sauber, sehr freundliche und serviceorientierte Mitarbeiter_innen.
Der Check-in war bereits um 13.00h möglich, das Frühstücksangebot war sehr umfangreich, Obst, Quark, Brötchen, Brot, Wurst, Käse, Eier, Salate - es war alles da, geschmacklich sehr gut und wurde schnell wieder aufgefüllt.

Cons:

Das Bett im Einzelzimmer im 4. OG war sehr schmal - eine Matratzenbreite von 1,20 wäre eine großartige Verbesserung!!

Sehr nettes Stadthotel
Pros:

Zimmer sehr sauber und komfortabel ausgestattet. Unser Wunsch nach einem ruhigen Zimmer wurde erfüllt. Frühstück gut und nett angerichtet.
Personal sehr freundlich.

Alles super, sehr gut gefallen

Cons:

Parkplatz. Das Hotel hat keine Parkplätze im nahe gelegenen Parkhaus am Gänsemarkt. (3min Fußweg). Allerdings beträgt da das Tagesticket 50€. Das günstigere Parkhaus hat einen Fußweg von mehr als 15min.

Eleganz und Gemütlichkeit im Herzen von Hamburg
Pros:

Bereits die Ankunft war sympathisch - dank dem gastfreundlichen Team sowie den angenehm gestalteten Aufenthalts- und Frühstücksräumen im Erdgeschoss. Als ich am Nachmittag mein Zimmer bezog, war ich positiv überrascht. Exzellentes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Das Zimmer kommt in einer schlichten Eleganz daher und büsst dennoch nicht an Gemütlichkeit ein. Das Lichtkonzept ist durchdacht (coole Lampen auf dem Schreibtisch und im Fenster, sowie gutes Licht am Badezimmerspiegel), ein Ganzkörperspiegel, genügend Stauraum sowie ein Kühlschrank sind vorhanden, die Dusche ist super und die Betten gemütlich, ausserdem war es sehr ruhig (hatte ein Zimmer zum Innenhof). Zwei Flaschen Wasser wurden kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Ausserdem vorhanden (für mich allerdings weniger wichtig): Minibar.

Cons:

Leider verfügte das Zimmer über keine Möglichkeit, Kaffee oder Tee zuzubereiten (keine Kaffeemaschine oder Wasserkocher).

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt - wir haben es nun ein zweites Mal in Folge gebucht. Der umgebaute Frühstücksraum ist sehr schön geworden und hat alles, was er für ein gelungenes Frühstück braucht. Die Lage unseres Zimmers war ausgezeichnet - sehr ruhig gelegen. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Die Einrichtung des uns zugewiesenen Zimmers ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und benötigt eine Auffrischung. Leider war die Liege/ausgezogene Couch mit einem Fuß defekt; genügte aber unserem Aufenthalt.
