Annehmbares Hotel in sehr guter Lage
Pros:

Das Drei-Sterne-Hotel liegt drei Fußminuten von der U-Bahn-Station Stephansplatz entfernt. Das Frühstück bietet eine reiche Auswahl, wer da meckert, muss ins Vier Jahreszeiten gehen. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Badezimmer ist geräumig und nicht nur eine "Nasszelle". In der Umgebung sind zahlreiche Restaurants und Bars; ebenso gibt es etliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Staatsoper ist 10 Fußminuten entfernt. Die Zimmer werden täglich gereinigt. Die Minibar im Zimmer wird täglich aufgefüllt. Das WLAN ist schnell und für Multimediaaufgaben geeignet. Ich würde das Zimmer wieder buchen aufgrund seiner guten Lage.

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist gepflegt, aber schon in die Jahre gekommen. Mich hat ein Plastikgeruch gestört, der sehr präsent war. Im dritten Stock wird es sehr schnell warm. Ich habe die Möglichkeit zur Kaffee- und Teezubereitung im Zimmer vermisst. Leider gibt es keinen Automaten im Haus. Der Fernseher ist veraltet, aber gut eingerichtet.

Pros:

Freundlicher, effizienter Service. Ordentliches Frühstück. Gute Trennung von Dusche, Toilette etc vom Raum. Gute Sitzgelegenheiten, Minibar. 2 getrennte, bequeme Betten. Gute Verkehrsanbietung (DB, ÖPNV)

Cons:

Lage an lauter Straße, auch wenn die 3fach Fenster den Lärm abhalten. Ich hätte gerne ein frisches Spiegelei und einen Wasserkocher im Zimmer

Emplacement idéal tout près du centre et de l'esplanade de l'Alster. Excellent petit déjeuner dans une grande salle et une incroyable variété de produits. Merci au personnel de m'avoir autorisé à prendre possession de ma chambre vant l'heure de l'enregistrement

Cons:

Voyageant seul j'avais une petite chambre. Confortable certes mais la salle de bain était vraiment petite. Pas de bouilloire dans la chambre

Anbefales for en ekte opplevelse av Tyskland i dag.
Pros:

Enkel og grei frokost, med hyggelig betjening som ordnet litt ekstra for de som ikke er så glad i brød. Veldig god atmosfære på stedet. Restauranten hadde nydelig mat og solide porsjoner. Særlig var potetene gode, de beste jeg har smakt på lenge 👍

Cons:

Kunne vært noe mer alternativ til brød frokost, men betjeningen ordnet kjapt og hyggelig noe ekstra.

An obsolete ... experience
Pros:

The hotel it's few meters away Stephansplatz metro (U-Bahn) station, it's open 24/7 and is few hundred meters away from Hamburg Rathaus (city hall).
The staff is friendly and pleased to be helpful.
We didn't had breakfast so ... actually we prefer to give a chance to the small food businesses around the hotels we travel ... and there are few coffee and pastry shops around.
The family room it's generous for a 3 stars hotel (despite the closing mechanism of one of the windows was broken and the bath door couldn't be closed:)) but here ends all the positive aspects.

Cons:

The furniture is very outdated but the sofa bed is the biggest minus of this room and I think is the main reason this hotel has this score; in fact that sofa bed is an absolute junk.
The room wasn't used for a long time, I can surely tell that because of the smell inside the room when we stepped in first time.
A new sofa bed with a good mattress will make a big difference.
And the TV also ... better none than that small ... something.
