Konumu çok iyiydi. Tam şehir merkezinde ve her yere yürüme mesafesinde bulunuyor. Oda çok genişti. Günlük temizleniyor.

Cons:

Eşyalar çok eski. Koltuklar baya yıpranmış. Klima yoktu.

My 4th visit. Always my 1st choice in Hamburg.
Pros:

ALL the staff are excellent - friendly and very helpful.
Good range of food at breakfast.
Location is excellent - Stephensplatz is excellent for public transport and Collonade has a good choice of restaurants for evening meal.
Always good value for money.

Cons:

I wish there was tea and coffee making facilities in the bedroom.
Room was sometimes a little noisy from outside, but not a deal breaker.

Mitten im Zentrum, gute Lage.

Cons:

keine Parkplätze, Alternativen nicht komfortabel
Betten sehr weich, Dusche eher einfach, kein Bemühen, dass der Gast sich wohlfühlt. Preis passt nicht zum Service.

Es wird ein TwinBed angegeben, vor Ort dann die negative Überraschung. Nur ein kleines 90x200 Bett, dass leider auch nicht besonders bequem war.

Die Zimmer, nach vorne ,direkt an einer großen Verkehrsstrasse. Daher sehr laut. Mobiliar etwas alt aber das Bad neu.
Das Frühstück war Standard.
