Nice place, great location, just beware of construction works going on around the building
Pros:

The rom was nice, good view of the crane truck that was working right in front of our window and balcony. Walked out in PJ's to find workmen staring at me.

Cons:

We were not advised of the construction going on at the property. Parking and pedestrian access was limited. Noisy work commenced at 7am on Sunday.

Comfy stay in Adelaide CBD
Pros:

The location. Having a washer and dryer in our suite. A staff were all very nice. Shop restaurant was excellent.

Cons:

The housekeeping was lackluster. And the suite was a little tired.

Pros:

Deluxe suite level 11 RM17. As per images advertised. Excellent CBD location, security, pool, gym, view, fully self contained. Very comfortable bedding. Excellent well appointed kitchen with good size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, full gastop cooker with oven and a microwave. Complimentary Nespresso machine and teas. Washing machine and dryer. Excellent airconditioning. Lovely northern views including Adelaide Oval. Great cafe downstairs. Across the road from Adelaide Railway station and access to trams to Botanic Gardens, Rundle Mall, Adelaide Central Market and Glenelg. Between 5 to 12 mins walking distance to the above, otherwise (apart from Glenelg). Very nice staff service. Recommend 👍

Surface cleaning of areas around doors and door handles needs more attention but nothing major.
