The property is in a good location however the room is a bit tired and could do with a refresh

Location was great.
Staff were helpful and happy to assist

Cons:

The shower definitely needed a deep clean. There was mold all along the bottom and in areas.. needed more ventilation in the bathroom. Blinds broken on one half of the windows. Staff did offer to change rooms for us but we weren't to bothered by this.
Needed more tools in the kitchen for cooking etc.

Well priced. Great location. Very comfortable.
Pros:

Great location - easy walking distance to most tourist hotspots, as well as restaurants and bars;
The bedding was very comfortable and cosy.
The whole property (room and common areas) was very clean.
Staff were helpful and friendly.
Also, having a cafe on site was very convenient for breakfast.

Cons:

It's a little dated - bathroom and lounge - but if these were updated, the price would be significantly more, so for the price it was absolutely fine.
Most annoying thing was door was on a self-closing hinge but took forever to close. (Minor annoyance)
