Not sure I would stay there again
Pros:

Great location, friendly helpful staff, spacious room, lots of facilities, fast lifts

Cons:

Wasn’t clean, shower & bathroom floor dirty, stains on curtains, gas elements not properly cleaned, kitchen drawers broken, the cutlery & crockery I had left in the sink so I could wash later was removed by room service and not returned, the tv channels weren’t working and reception were going to send someone to fix it but no-one came

For the price point , it wasn’t worth it
Pros:

I like the location and the breakfast and the apartment was spacious

Cons:

The towels were not clean (saw some hair which wasn’t mine ) . The carpet was torn off and replace by a loose patch . The bathroom needed grout resealed . I saw on the reviews prior so I wasn’t surprised about these issues . But it was near the convention centre as I was attending business conference and had an indoor heated pool

A good stay in Adelaide
Pros:

The total package.
Good staff and good location although the swimming pool was a bit cramped and so we didn't use it this time. This was a return visit of ours. Had a nice arrangement where you could swap getting your room cleaned for a voucher at the Cafe on the ground floor. The carpark was close by and reasonably priced.

Cons:

The room did get a bit of noise as it was close to the elevators.

Great location, lovely apartment, could do with a spruce up, otherwise perfect.

Cons:

2 of the 3 lifts were out of action during our stay, which going out and coming back very tiresome with many many people trying to use the one lift!
