Very comfortable and well situated.
Pros:

Staff were amazing. Very accommodating, friendly and let us check out a little later for no extra charge.

Cons:

Minor design stuff within rooms such as drainage in bathrooms was not good. One of the lifts and the spa were out of order (which I understand was temporary and not intentional!).

Expensive (due to Football) won’t stay here again.

Cons:

Internet was practically none existent, had to ask twice for room to be serviced they said they had done it which wasn’t true. Shower leaked, tv in bedroom didn’t work. Paid $30 a day for parking but some days no spaces had to park in public car park.

Cons:

Internet kept buffering when trying to watch a movie on You Tube, which basically made You Tube unwatchable..
We couldn't seem to connect to Netflix, that wasn't a user friendly experience at all.
There was nowhere to put a suitcase, small cabinets for luggage were missing?
