There are definitely other options nearby with the same budget.
Cons:

Nothing special.
Reception staff seem like he does not want to be there, not helpful and rude. I have travelled a lot and probably the worst experience I had in Australia.
Parking is not conveniently located in a next door car park where you have to carry your luggage down a few flight of stairs and through a construction site. When I ask the reception if there are any other options, he said “you can park at the front and get a fine”, then laughed.

Good hotel location.
Pros:

Good location. Price was ok.

Cons:

Concrete wall view. Maintenance required. Lot of broken or missing items in the room. Safe missing parts and didn’t work. 3 coat hangers.

Would definitely stay again.
Pros:

Location, the apartment is lovely and spacious, we had a great corner balcony.

Cons:

The shower in the main bedroom had water running out the cubicle, which was a pain having to mop up with towels after. It should be an easy fix though

Pros:

The staff were friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

The hotel! It is simply not up to standard. Paint is peeling off the walls as well as cracks and marks, stains on the couch, mould in the bathroom and electrical wires were exposed in some areas. The room felt dirty as well as the entire hotel

Would consider to stay there however will need to pay extra for a room with a view.
Pros:

Clean apartment, comfortable bed, perfect spa tub. Location is great, few hundred meters from the railway station. Central to the city from all directions.

Cons:

Our apartment was on level 15 with a balcony facing a concrete wall from the next building. Felt claustrophobic and had tradies working on the site.

Cons:

Room service used the same towels just refolded & the bed sheets were not changed, simply the bed made, on my final night I found blood on one of the pillow cases on a pillow I wasn't using.

Excellent partment in the core of CBD and all the comforts of home.
Pros:

Excellent apartment with great facilities…full kitchen and laundry.

Cons:

Only two of the three elevators are working on a 17 story building, and one day, one of the two of those was out of order!
