It was very clean. Reception staff very polite

Cons:

The Hotel reception/lobby area, lacked atmosphere. On our first night, we had dinner in the restaurant. My meal was swimming in butter & looked awfully unpresentable. I’m not a fussy eater but I couldn’t eat it. We got absolutely no apology from the waiter & we were charged the full amount which wasn’t cheap. Needless to say, we didn’t eat there again.

Location is very good. Just in the centre, easily walk to everywhere

Cons:

No ventilation in the room. The room only has heating (no air conditioning), and the sound insulation is poor — it’s easy to be woken up in the morning by normal conversations in the hallway.

Modern contemporary interior design finishes to a very high standard super bedrooms and bathrooms and lovely public spaces bars and roof terrace ..

Cons:

It would be nice to have some uk tv stations for the rainy days !

Superb service, excellent location.
Pros:

All the staff are always very professional and friendly, we have stayed here a few times now and never been disappointed.
Food is also spot on.
We shall return.

Pros:

Fantastisk kundeservice. Alltid hyggelige og behjelpelige. Gode rom. Godt renhold. God og trygg beliggenhet. En svært hyggelig overraskelse fra hotellet på min fødselsdag må også nevnes! Hotellet var meget behjelpelige med utflukter og teaterbilletter mv.

This a truly fabulous Hotel and the staff ALL the staff but especially the reception staff are on a whole new level of helpful happy friendly professional that make and made this stay and every stay a thing to look forward to each time .
As well as fabulous rooms and a super roof top bar and pool area with malaga views ro rival all views .
