We had a wonderful stay. Room was huge , nice and quiet , lovely part of Budapest. Breakfast was very enjoyable , great selection to choose. Had lunch also in outside area , good value set menu available , shady garden area . Will definitely stay here again when next in Budapest

La chambre était très spacieuse et disposait d’un agréable balcon. La salle de bain, moderne, était parfaitement aménagée et très fonctionnelle. La climatisation fonctionnait très bien. L’ensemble était calme, propre et bénéficiait d’une bonne isolation phonique.
Le petit-déjeuner, composé de produits sucrés et salés, était délicieux et fait maison, ce qui était particulièrement appréciable. Le personnel était agréable et accueillant. L’hôtel est situé dans un très joli quartier, calme et plaisant. Enfin, la décoration de l’établissement est soignée et pleine de charme.
Quelques points mériteraient toutefois d’être améliorés. Le papier peint de la chambre était un peu défraîchi et décollé à plusieurs endroits, ce qui est assez surprenant pour un établissement quatre étoiles. Les fauteuils en tissu étaient également très usés, avec des accoudoirs visiblement sales.
Le lit était assez grand, mais malheureusement peu confortable. Dès qu’une personne changeait de position ou bougeait légèrement, les vibrations se répercutaient immédiatement de l’autre côté du lit, ce qui pouvait perturber le sommeil de l’autre personne.
Il était également dommage de trouver, dans une salle de bain pourtant moderne et élégante, des serviettes très fines et usées, ayant depuis longtemps perdu leur blancheur, même si elles étaient régulièrement remplacées. Un renouvellement de certains équipements permettrait à l’hôtel d’être davantage à la hauteur de son standing.

Horarios del Restorán, no continúan con el servicio del menú una vez que se cumple horario de atención por más q uno haya ingresado con anterioridad y esté comiendo , te dejan sin adicional de comida sin postre , sin café etc, la contestación es La Cocina está cerrada.
La habitación el último no la hicieron cambiaron toallas solamente
