Would stay again. Basic but priced right
Pros:

Staff was helpful and honest. Offered us a larger room (warned it was noisy because of the freeway). TV wasnt working and office staff came to fix it within 10 minutes. Location was clean, older and not in perfect shape but sanitary and comfortable bed.

Cons:

Could use a basic renovation (appearance).

Worst hotel of my life and staff members

There was nothing that was great that I enjoyed at all.

Cons:

This location was ghetto and it was under a freeway underpass. In addition, it was right next to two fast food joints, Popeyes and In n Out, so the line was extremely long and blocked traffic getting into the hotel. The staff was completely rude and one of the other staff members threatened to cancel my reservation when they couldn't complete a simple task of adding in a person that would be checking in earlier to my booking. Even when booking through third party integrations, I have been able to call the hotel and add a person to the reservation for earlier check in. It is also extremely disrespectful, because the lady on the phone completed used that as an ultimatum to hold hostage the reservation. The place had stains on the bedsheet as well. In addition, they have weird rules in the front lobby, stating that you must be accompanied in the room with a boyfriend or spouse, or some partner like. Maybe they had issues with some type of booking service here because they had outlandish rules marked in the front lobby as if there was a insinuation to an issue they have had at this motel rundown establishment. Also no parking and we had to park on the street even though on their website and other sites it said that parking is free. A lying establishment.

Pleasant staff, it met my expectation but a bit pricey for a weekend considering the location.
Pros:

I had a coffee, the room and bathroom was good and clean. Inn & Out next door is a plus. Just need an extra double lock for security feeling while asleep.

Cons:

Better bed maybe.
