Apart from sudden changes to the room facilities, the stay was comfortable.
Pros:

Friendly staff, convenient location, good parking.

Cons:

The booking included a microwave in each room. We took our parents who had dietary requirements therefore took home cooked meals but microwave was not available. Upon enquiry we were told that the microwaves were moved from our room to the suites for other guests. We had to go down to the first floor every time we wanted heat food. This facility was one of the major reasons for booking at this hotel.

I would not recommend this location.
Pros:

Hot food was eatable. Breads were not dry.

Cons:

Bathroom light fixture was flashing on its way from burning out. Terrible job in communication between housekeeping, maintenance, and management. We should have never been assigned to that room.

We were moved to another room. It was never properly cleaned by housekeeping. There was finger/toenail on the carpet and hair on the bed sheet.

They moved us to a third room.

Room did not have enough light especially the bathroom. Sofa bed needs a better mattress.

Pros:

The desk lamp was shorting out and wouldn't work. No cleanex in the room. Very low toilet for senior citizens. I will problably look elsewhere next time I come to Sparks.

Pros:

Room was clean, spacious, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast had a variety of hot and cold options. There was a line to use the one washer and dryer, but the cost was reasonable compared to other places we have stayed.

Pros:

I liked that the hotel was right off the highway. It was very easy to get to and hop right back on in the morning. And it was actually really quiet in our room. Couldn't hear a thing. The front desk staff was really friendly.
