Double booked.
Pros:

We don’t know. We prepaid for 2 suites 7 months in advance and we were bumped to a less convenient and less desirable property.

Cons:

Double booked and bumped us 1 day before check in, having prepaid for 7 months.

Pros:

It was clean except 5he bathroom floor tile was broken in one corner then the shower door would not close all the way. Beside that the room was clean comfortable.

Cons:

The $150 dollar non refundable pet fee . Non refundable doubled the room rate was discouraging. Compare to other room rates and pet fees it is high.

Ridiculous to charge extra money to park. Most people drive to the hotel especially if they come from out of town!

That I had to pay $14 to park my car that should be included in the price of the room, not an extra charge. Also the garbage trucks at 8am

Pros:

The hospitality was amazing

Cons:

The lights on the basketball court didn't work. Why have them then? Also the floor stays wet and slippery. Dangerous unsafe. The last night I was there my car got broken into. There is no security on sight whatsoever.

We reserved a king bed room and when we arrived the only had a queen bed room . Due to the hotel being all booked we had to settle for a room

Pros:

My cousin and I stayed for one night and entering the room we wish we would’ve just stayed for the weekend. The hotel and room were extremely clean. The price is not bad at all for a suite, with kitchen and living room. Check in and out was super easy. We would definitely stay again!
