Pros:

Absolut super,dass das Zimmer kein Teppich hatte,würde ich mir überall als Standart wünschen.
Die Lage ist top, Straßenbahnhaltestelle schön nah.Sehenswürdigkeite alle Fußläufig erreichbar,für lauffaule eben Straßenbahn alternativ.
Zimmergröße gut.
Personal freundlich und erreichbar.
Frühstück absoluter Standart in dieser Hotel-und Preiskategorie, wurde immer zügig aufgefüllt.
Zimmer ruhig (man befindet sich in einer Großstadt,in einem beliebten Viertel mit Straßenbahn und in einem Altbau)
Zimmer top abdunkelbar.

Cons:

Flur des Hotels ist abgerockt.
Zimmerschlüssel,wünschenswert wäre hier moderne Lösung.
Auf die Sauberkeit könnte mehr Wert gelegt werden.
Wandbeschriftung der Etagen wäre noch sinnvoll im Flur und gegenüber des Fahrstuhl.
Ziemlich dunkel alles,auf'n Zimmer hätte es gerne noch eine hellere Lampe geben können.

Das Hotel war für unsere Verhältnisse zweckmäßig, aber überteuert.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig.

Cons:

Das Treppenhaus zu den Zimmern und die Zimmer haben schwarze Decken und Wände, das ist keine schöne Atmosphäre. Wohl fühlen, sieht anders aus. Die Sessel und Bänke im Frühstücksraum sind etwas schmuddelig und fleckig.

Super für ein Wochenende in Dresden.
Pros:

Mir hat mein Zimmer sehr gefallen. Alles war sauber und ich hatte was ich brauchte. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut und bis zum Ende würde immer aufgefüllt.

Cons:

Die Matratze war etwas hart, aber das ist Jammern auf höchsten Niveau. 😉

Pros:

Este hotel tiene servicio de limpieza de la habitación solo si el huésped lo solicita. Esto no me pareció mal porque no ocurren molestias cuando alguien está en la habitación y entra el personal de limpieza.
La ubicación me gustó porque está en Neustadt a pocos pasos de la parada de tranvías.

es war ok. Das Hotel wirkte in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise abgenutzt. Ds bräuchte einfach ein bisschen mehr Liebe.

Frühstück war ausreichend

Cons:

- schlechte Lichtverhältnisse im Flur und Zimmer
- Haare in der Dusche, Staub und Verschmutzung im Bad
- abgenutzte Matratzen führten zu schlechtem Schlafcomfort
- Fenstergriff defekt, daher ließ sich nur ein Fenster öffnen
- Lautstärke zum Flur hoch, klappende Tür zum Treppenhaus war gegenüber unserer Zimmertür
- oberflächliche Reinigung im Zimmer, schmutzige Fußleisten, Mülleimer ohne Müllbeutel
- Lichtschalter im Zimmer ohne Funktion
- Flecken auf dem Sessel
