Das Zimmer war sauber.

Cons:

Schlimme Lage des "Hotels".
Sehr runtergekommen, bzw. zusammengezimmert.
Extrem laut und hellhörig.
Lieblos.
Das schlimmste Ibis, in dem ich je wahr, unterirdisch.
Das Gebäude ungepflegt.
Kein Service:
Keinen Kühlschrank, dein Willkommensgruß Wasser oder Ähnliches.
Fenster im Zimmer war defekt, das zweite hatte keine Griffe mehr ...

Von außen naja aber innen wird man überrascht
Pros:

Als ich vor Ort an kam, dachte ich "OMG das ist das Hotel, wo bin ich hier gelandet". Aber als ich reingegangen bin war ich sehr positiv überrascht. Das Personal war sehr nett und von innen ist es top. Die Zimmer sind modern gestaltet und das Frühstück war top. Preis Leistung ist super. Ich würde es wieder buchen.

Cons:

Von aussen ist es nicht ansehnlich.

Muss ich nicht noch mal hin.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war wirklich schön und lag zum Innenhof. Der an ein alternatives Viertel grenzte.

Cons:

Das Personal hat mich nicht mal verbal begrüßt. Das gute Abend wurde nicht erwidert. Ich kam zum Empfang. Die Eine eine Dame drehte sich ohne Begrüßung um und verschwand im Hinterzimmer. Die andere machte was am Computer und widmete sich mir dann das erste mal nach langer Verzögerung.

Als ich später noch etwas zu trinken brauchte zahlte ich für eine kleine Flasche Wasser und zwei Flaschen Bier knapp 16 € aus dem Kühlschrank.

Auch spätere Kontakte waren kalt und unfreundlich.
