Pros:

Veľmi ústretový, milý a profesionálny prístup či už na recepcii, v reštaurácii alebo v Mirror bare.
Poloha, možnosť parkovania, služby, výborné raňajky, čistota a vybavenie izieb aj ostatných priestorov - to všetko robí hotel miestom, kde sa vždy radi vraciame

Very good location, lovely facilities

Cons:

Bathroom was absolutely filthy with hair soap and dirt all over the bath had to call the cleaners. Very disappointing. The hotel did not even offer any kind of compensation.

Wonderful hotel in perfect location
Pros:

Front desk staff was excellent. Room was very spacious. Location could not be better. Workout room was top notch.

Cons:

They allow dogs in the breakfast area. Two barked at each other and it was very unsettling. You should only allow service dogs in the restaurant or require dogs (and their owners) to remain in the outdoor seating area. Was very unpleasant unhygienic to have them beg, scratch and lick themselves on the floor right next to us.

Great stay in Bratislava
Pros:

Very good breakfast with lots of choices. Perfect location to walk to all the sites. It is also a pretty location on the wide central avenue. My room overlooked it. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean. Dinner at the Savoy was excellent & a very good price.
