Just discovered I’ve been charged three times for my stay. Very ameteur management
Pros:

Great location and very comfortable room in quiet location.

Cons:

The Continental breakfast was poor, limited choice and room soulless. Stay offered as including breakfast and newspaper. Cheekily the breakfast was actually only a continental breakfast and not what one would expect from a five star hotel.

Calmness personified
Pros:

Loved the location. Cleanliness was exceptional. Staff were so polite and well mannered. Calm and serene hotel. Room large and well equipped. Bathroom large.
Could not fault it, would definately stay again!

Great stay
Pros:

Wonderful
Pros:

A wonderful experience..
Our room was so spacious, quiet, and comfortable.
High tea moment was delightful with Balazs,looking after us so well..

Staff were very friendly and helpful, thank you Balasz for your kindness,as well as Maurizio!

Pros:

Spent every night after dinner for a week hanging out in the hotel bar and Paul was a fabulous bartender/host! He took care of us without fail and went above and beyond.

Socks, Sandals, and a Surprisingly Perfect Stay
Pros:

We stayed at Threadneedles Hotel London for a quick one-night stop on our way back to Seattle after splitting our trip between London (week one) and Malta (week two). By the time we arrived, we were tired, hungry, and very ready to be horizontal.

The staff were warm and welcoming, and made getting settled in easy—which, at that point, was exactly what we needed.

Special shoutout to Balazs at the bar, who made my husband’s entire day (and mildly betrayed me) by complimenting his… socks and sandals. Yes, that combo. I’m still processing.

The room? Gorgeous. Chic, cozy, and exactly what you want after a long trip. And the bathroom? Huge. Like, “maybe I live here now” energy.

All in all, such a lovely stay. Next time, we’re absolutely coming back for longer—because one night at Threadneedles just isn’t enough.

Highly recommend. 10/10 would let the staff charm us again.
