Spent every night after dinner for a week hanging out in the hotel bar and Paul was a fabulous bartender/host! He took care of us without fail and went above and beyond.

Balazs delivered excellent service behind the bar—friendly, attentive, and professional throughout. Great attention to detail, quick service, and a welcoming attitude that made the experience even better. Truly deserving of recognition for his outstanding work.

We stayed at Threadneedles Hotel London for a quick one-night stop on our way back to Seattle after splitting our trip between London (week one) and Malta (week two). By the time we arrived, we were tired, hungry, and very ready to be horizontal.

The staff were warm and welcoming, and made getting settled in easy—which, at that point, was exactly what we needed.

Special shoutout to Balazs at the bar, who made my husband’s entire day (and mildly betrayed me) by complimenting his… socks and sandals. Yes, that combo. I’m still processing.

The room? Gorgeous. Chic, cozy, and exactly what you want after a long trip. And the bathroom? Huge. Like, “maybe I live here now” energy.

All in all, such a lovely stay. Next time, we’re absolutely coming back for longer—because one night at Threadneedles just isn’t enough.

This is the 5th time I have stayed at this hotel in the last few years. What makes staying here such a great experience is the excellent staff who are courteous, efficient and friendly without being overly so.

We spent eight nights at Threadneedles and the welcoming tone was set with a warm welcome with a glass of wine when we straggled in after a long day of travel. The lobby with its beautiful dome was a quiet place to meet with family who live in London. Our room was spacious and comfortable. This hotel both of our requirements: location near the Bank Street Station and historical building.
The most notable feature was the friendly, professional and proficient staff. We enjoyed breakfast every day and also dined at the hotel and took tea in the lobby. While we enjoyed excellent service throughout, we especially recognize Moin, a server who greeted us each morning with a warm smile and expedited our coffee choices. He was pleasant, efficient and very helpful.

Here for our 10 year anniversary and it’s the most amazing hotel. Our room was gorgeous and Balazs was fabulous behind the bar and made us bespoke drinks which we loved - cocktails are my thing. We also loved the girl who showed us around our suite. Could not recommend more for a business trip or a romantic night away.
