Extremely disappointed by the poor service and lack of accountability.

Cons:

The front-desk employee failed to add my requested parking even after I provided a separate card and received parking instructions and a code. I later received a parking ticket because of this mistake. Joshua could see both cards on file but showed no sympathy or willingness to correct the issue. I also noticed other guests received detailed tours and explanations about the hotel, while I was not given the same welcoming treatment.

Parking opposite in public car park, it was really grimy and had homeless people sleeping in the stairwell
