Pros:

I like the clean room, mini fridge and a microwave that came with the room. It was perfect for staying with my daughter

I got the feeling that the handover between staff members wasn't going well.

A great retreat at the end of the day!
Pros:

We have been staying here for the holidays over the past five years or so. Renovations on site have made a positive difference - but the staff has always been great! It's always spotless and the new bathrooms are wonderful. We'll continue to stay here when we travel to Hayward!

Cons:

all good except 3rd night noise. at checkout was told a band checked in late and was up all night. we were awaken and had very bad night. why did staff not control situation?
