A great retreat at the end of the day!
Pros:

We have been staying here for the holidays over the past five years or so. Renovations on site have made a positive difference - but the staff has always been great! It's always spotless and the new bathrooms are wonderful. We'll continue to stay here when we travel to Hayward!

Cons:

all good except 3rd night noise. at checkout was told a band checked in late and was up all night. we were awaken and had very bad night. why did staff not control situation?

Staff were not available, had to call 3+ times, waited almost 30 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk to check in around 12pm. The water was burning our eyes when we were showering, had a strong chlorine smell every time we showered. Not sure what that was about. Room was clean and served its purpose though.

Pros:

This was my initial stay at a Fairfield facility. Lobby looked great, staff was friendly, and the room was clean. Pillows could probably be replaced soon but did not impact the overall experience. Breakfast set up area was clean and there was a good variety of different foods. Starbucks is within walking distance, 7/11 and other quick restaurants are close by. Freeway entrance was nearby as well. Will be back tomorrow for another stay.
