the room quality very poor
Pros:

self check in was disaster in Caple of emails which i received from All suite did not contain valid code.
When I first called the phone number the very first person give as the wrong code number and did not tolled as floor or room number. the second phone call after around 20 minutes solved the problem. We was waiting around 30 minutes to get in to the room, but that room had bad smell there was window but could not be open, ventilation system was not working.
the cables from tv and air-condition was hinging like spiderwebs. Bathroom did not have working ventilation. Bathtub during the shower was sleeper.

Convenient location
Pros:

Location close to CBD and restaurants.
Water pressure very good in the shower. Has a washing machine. No trouble getting extra towels, coffee, etc, from reception. Staff tried their best to be helpful.

Cons:

Whilst the staff did their best if you arrive after 6 it’s a bit of a rigmarole to check in over the phone. We are Aussies and some of the staff couldn’t understand us. Things got lost in translation, we were charged twice for our stay. It was rectified in good time. But just an extra hassle you don’t need on a holiday. If you arrive during reception hours I’m sure it would be much easier.

The location was excellent and handy to many of the Perth city attractions. The staff (Nathan) was excellent, very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Thank you Nathan!

Cons:

Overall the property felt tired and in need of an upgrade. My room had a dripping tap that would have been evident before my arrival. The carpet to the bedroom was worn at the entry point and a trip hazard. The shower water pressure was really good but the water flowed over the floor (shower for disabled) and was a slip hazard. I did mention his to the fort staff who are a note.

Perfect place to stay in Perth City centre
Pros:

Perfect position, CAT bus stop right across the street. Very quiet and it had everything we needed. Amazing having the washing machine and dryer in the bathroom, but it was also useful to have a proper foldable drying rack.

Freight train elevator noise

Staff were friendly and welcoming but that's about it

Cons:

Room was very dated and lots of damage throughout but by far the worst things is the noise from the elevator. It literally sounds like a freight train is running just outside the room and it goes on all night. I barely got any sleep as a result. I only stayed one night but if my trip was any longer there's no way I'd have spent another. Sorry but I cannot recommend this hotel.

Comfortable. Good location but limited.

Comfortable bed. 10 min walk to main area. Very nice man on reception. Security good. Quiet area.

Cons:

Washing machine but no dryer. No laundry powder. Cooking facilities limited and i couldn't work out how to use microwave as no instructions.

Spacious, great location, extremely comfortable, plenty of room.
Pros:

Absolutely perfect location if you’re going to something at Optus Stadium. We were on the top floor room and the views are amazing. The room is spacious and very comfortable.

Cons:

The room is a little tired in areas, a fresh paint and having the sofa professionally cleaned would make this room impeccable.
