Very dated look. The toilet bowl was leaking - so constant smell of wastewater in the bathroom.
Bed was quite lumpy.
Disliked the way the sliding door between rooms and kitchen / living has only frosted glass but no way to cut out the light. There’s no way for someone to sleep earlier in master room and for someone else to be in kitchen with lights on. Poor planning.
The staff, position close to CBD and access to free CAT bus route cannot be faulted.
However be aware the photos are not what you get. We can only comment on the deluxe one bedroom apartment we booked. On the top floor with a great view but very old and dated. The carpet and lounge were old and badly stained. The doona under the top sheet was stained. The balcony door was hard to open and gave an enormous squeak when opened. Only the balcony door opened which made fresh air difficult. Shower was excellent but over a bathtub. Many of the fixtures were broken. Two of the lights didn’t work. The balcony awning had possibly ripped off in the weather leaving the shreds of the remains pieces. There was only one bedside table so the other person needed to read by torch light. We can only guess at what the other rooms were like if this is a deluxe one! Certainly not worth the money we paid.

Clean, comfortable, spacious with powerful shower.
No one was on reception when we arrived within the time . Booked as reception supposedly open until 10 pm. Had to ring and we didn't have a phone. Been bombarded & pestered with messages to pay the bond. Not had this with any other hotel.
The location is good there’s a little tiki bar downstairs that looks fire
Check-in was horrible had to sit in the lobby on the phone for ages even though already booked and paid online - the room was not clean the bed was made that was about it there was grot on all surfaces the leather chairs and the walls and tables thick dust alone the bed head and the last persons lashes on the bathroom floor there was rotting fruit or veg in the cupboard when attempting to move rooms was given a code for the lift and the room that didn’t work four phone calls later finally was able to get up the lift the second room was much much better was a lot more clean also the first room the carpet is so dirty my feet were black it’s thick and gunky the whole carpet needs major deep clean and also the security latch was completely missing however the main reason for requesting room change was waking up with little bites all over me legs that were extremely itchy and irritating !
That the reception is only partly there, this makes the experience feel more private.

Good location, easy to walk through the CBD. Offering a wide range of facilities.
Air conditioning was full of dust.
Everything is good,from the kitchen, bathroom & bedroom,everything is clean & tidy up so well
Even the soap & the shampoo is outstanding for me
Its a bit small although the placement of the furniture is well placed,but theres only 1 AC & its not inside any bedroom
