The location was great
Very dated, especially the bathroom. We had to climb up into a small bath tub to have a shower. The timber vanity was badly chipped. Couldn’t open the fridge properly as it was scuffing the flooring. Wiring and cords hanging from the tv to power-points.
The kindest of the receptionist.
The mattress a bit uncomfortable but they tried to give us a topper.
Location
The air conditioning unit began leaking and broke down on a 39 degree day.
The room I was then relocated too didn’t have air con which reached the bedroom and therefore was hot and humid to attempt to sleep.
The lift and room codes were temperamental and took over an hour to gain access from my original from to gather my belongings to access the new room
Clean, location, quiet
The air-conditioning when it's on , water drops inside the apartment through under the sofa. I have to clean it all the time . But everything perfect.

We arrived in the early hours, check in team via email communication was very good, on entering the room which was described as a 1 bedroom apartment was in fact a living space or large room with a sofa bed, one large bed and a small kitchenette, there was no wardrobe whatsoever for storage of any clothes, what looked like a wardrobe had been converted to now fit a washing machine, a tiny kitchenette was at the end of the bed by the converted wardrobe the cutllery was in a tray stored under the kitchen sink, the apartment furniture was old miss matched with various scuffs on units, there was only one chair to the small table, the chair looked like an old computer office chair, outside the clean bedding the apartment was dirty throughout, outside the dirty window on the cill was what looked like a pair of knickers and some cigarette buts, we payed good money for a weeks stay and we’re shocked at what we walked into, given the hour of the morning I stayed while due to the lack of spare bedding for sofa bed my daughter went back to her property on the outskirts of the city, we checked out the following morning, cancelling the remaining days booked, we were lucky and found an apartment quite close and similar priced with full amenities that was fit for purpose.
The location is good, it’s quiet. The rooms are big nd well equipped
It shows it age, all is working nd clean, but. Refurbish would bring it up to scratch, it would be great when then lol rooms could be heated and cooled
