Pros:

Everything was good, pool is pretty tiny, if anyone besides our group of 3 was in the pool with us it felt very cramped... workers always said hi and we're friendly. Night waitress at in house restaurant was the absolute sweetest!!!

Pros:

The staff was very friendly no matter what time of day it was, you do not find that very often anymore. The breakfast was really good but the spring rolls appetizer and sauce was amazing!

Cons:

The hotel needs to state more clearly that the breakfast is an extra charge not complimentary with your booking.

Ok, but price/service relation not acceptable!

Cons:

Already very much used, renovation needed. Broken, dirty parts of doors and walls
Price for 2 nights per room when we booked 3 months upfront around 1000 Eur is just a joke. Fault of booking.com i guess!

I would like to speak to a human. Not Jolene, the AI female sounding voice.
Pros:

When we booked the hotel, breakfast was to be included. Not so, when we checked in.
When our grandson did have a breakfast, the fees were more than the cost of the meal.

Cons:

The entire staff was wonderful.

Never stay at a Hilton property!
Pros:

It was in a nice location.

Cons:

Our rooms wall coverings were falling off, the ceiling in the bathroom was falling down, the hallways and elevator were hot and humid. Our door was left with the deadbolt holding the door open after maintenance was in.

Be Aware they keep your cash!
Pros:

Be Aware that this hotel DO NOT respect the cancellation clause, we cancel 15 days before arrival and they charge us for the FULL 4 days, not just the first night as per cancellation policy even when we tried and asked nicely to not charge all the trip as they will have more than 15 days to book it and sell it again!
I have been traveling all my life and this is the FIRST time any hotel in the world charge a full stay 15 days prior arrival!

Lousy service for an hotel just looking for keep your cash at any cost!

Located near our destination

Cons:

Thought this hotel was redecorating. Have been staying there for years. Never changes. Elevator was very dirty with debris on the floor. We were there 2 days never changed carpet in room very old.

I was robbed here
Pros:

I was robbed at this hotel and they didn’t even comp my room. I have a police report number so this can’t be deleted- it happened. My windows were busted out of my car and my car was trashed and the staffs response was “we have signs posted there’s nothing we can do”. So if you want to pay almost $300 to be robbed, this is your place.

Would stay again
Pros:

Read to the end.
The not so good parts. Only the freight elevator was working during our visit, but, it got us where we were going. The restrooms in the lobby started to breakdown during our visit and we had no room servicing during our time. Could not call the desk, the phone did not work.
Now, the good.
We were a group of around 65 for a convention, there was also a couple of young sports teams staying as well.
The staff were delightful and kind, the breakfast buffet was good, many options and the people kept tables cleared as guests would finish.
The meals at the conventions were good as well. I believe some of it was from the adjoining steakhouse, was all good.
The hotel was a good location, the rooms were typical hotel rooms, bed was comfortable enough and quiet enough for us.
There seems to be a needed renovation taking place from the top floor down.
We decided it was a good enough hotel, despite the few hiccups and would totally stay again🙂

Horrible walking up 4 flights of stairs with luggage.
Pros:

Location was good.

Cons:

Elevator was broke, mold growing by shower, bad smell. Kids running in hall. Carpet is bad. They over charge and didn't want to help with fixing anything.

Rude staff, everything broken, dirty and unsanitary
Pros:

Stayed here April 16–19 for a “stay and play” volleyball tournament and unfortunately this was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had.

Both elevators were out of service the entire stay. I have a broken foot and use a knee scooter, and there were also elderly guests struggling with the stairs. No real solution was provided.

The stairwell everyone was forced to use was unsafe and unsanitary. It was cluttered with construction materials, had rodent droppings, and multiple guests reported seeing a rat.

Our room was not clean. The shower would not drain due to a large amount of hair and debris. Maintenance never came, and we ended up cleaning it ourselves. We also wiped down surfaces and the wipes were black with dirt. We never saw housekeeping during our stay.

Several guests reported bugs in their rooms. Those rooms were then reassigned to other families.

Staff behavior was also disappointing. Guests were told at check-in that “obnoxious volleyball players” were staying on certain floors before the team had even arrived. At breakfast, athletes were denied food during posted hours and spoken to rudely.

For nearly $600, this fell far below Hilton standards. This property should not be used for large events until major issues with cleanliness, maintenance, and management are addressed.

Pros:

You know there are these signs in the Hilton that say we promise you that your visit will be the best it’s ever guaranteed but this property was old dirty and very uncomfortable. One elevator was only working and it took forever to get up and down. I’m just amazed that they would leave this type of hotel open. Further, I’m amazed that booking.com would rate it so highly. It makes me wonder if the rating system in bookings.com is even valid.
