The staff was very helpful and I have already booked my next stay with another Candlewood location
Pros:

The property was conveniently located close to everything. It’s a short drive to lots of food choices.

Cons:

The beds were firmer then o was expecting.

Pros:

It was very nice, great location and great staff. The woman that checked me in was very friendly and gave me recommendations of where to go since it was my first time visiting Arkansas

Cons:

We had to change rooms because the toilet was completely broken. Our first room was very nice and then we got moved to a different room that was less nice

Amber at the front desk and Zach the manager were a joy to talk to.
Pros:

I like the entire space, two total buildings under one name, and easy access to many things in the area.

Cons:

I didn’t like that the price changed on me from booking to what I paid at the counter. Booking.com did not disclose the extra taxes and fees for the state. Listed total at booking was $113 and I ended up paying about $138.

The location was really great

Cons:

We had a few things go wrong are air shut off & would not come back on & we found a bug in the drawer the bathroom floor was so slippery then we moved rooms there was ants the toilet after u flushed would run constantly then the upstairs room stomped for hours

The location is great, near shopping and food.

Cons:

The hotel staff seemed "put out" when I asked for something. The entire hotel felt damp and muggy. My room was set on 67 degress and my drinks were still covered in condensation from the humidity. I heard other people complaining in their rooms too. (The walls are very thin) Room carpet was dirty looking like they havent been shampooed in years. There's no breakfast. The elevator is very small and the elevator's floor looked unmanaged like it could fall in at any time.

Geri made our stay fantastic in every way!!
Pros:

Very accommodating and clean. Staff were great especially Geri! She went above and beyond to help us out with extending our stay on super short notice. Her level of service, care and understanding made our trip!! Thank you so very Geri! You are a superstar!

This stay was less than acceptable.
Pros:

Staff was phenomenal

Cons:

There were bugs in our original room. Staff expediently put us in a different room and there were bugs in that room also. We were put in a third room and the second bed in that room was not functional which wouldn’t accommodate our sleep needs

I didn't get to stay, we checked out immediately after discovering the bed bugs
Cons:

I didn't like that I was bit by bed bugs within 20 minutes of laying in the bed. The lights weren't even off yet before they were running over the bed. My arm has itchy bit marks on it still, the day after. I'm praying we didn't transfer any to our home in our belongings. It's quite traumatizing to be bitten by such bugs. I am highly disappointed. The staff didn't show any concern to our issue, he wouldn't even go inside the room.
