The room was so cute and very clean, we had a little balcony which was lovely to leave open for fresh air. The location was super convenient, lot's within walking distance. Markets were set up in the street nearby which made it nice to not need cab fares each day. The hotel also had it's own little shop which came in handy for me as I forgot to pack sunglasses and I was able to buy a pair from here, prices were very reasonable!

El hotel es un poco viejo y los muebles y todo en la habitación necesita una renovación, el baño no estaba limpio del todo, el extractor de olores estaba sucio y cuando se encendió todo el polvo cayó

Nous étions 4 dans la chambre mais il n'y avait que 2 serviettes de bain. Nous devions tous les jours en réclamer plus.
Le coffre de la chambre n'était pas fixé et ne fermait plus.
On ne nous a pas proposé de changer de chambre ou une compensation.

No hicieron la habitación dos dias seguidos. Olor a humedad. Primera noche tocó pedir cambio de habitación por mal olor.

La ubicación es buena, no hay mas que me haya gustado lo suficiente como para hacer un comentario relevante.
Se perdio un anillo de un buro, el cual acorde con ellos que revisarian si se le callo a la recamarera tras el buro o debajo de el, bajo de las camas, etc., el supervisor quedo de contactarme y ya pasaron 2 dias de que salí del hotel y no me contactaron. Ademas a la recamarera le da por guardar la ropa que deja uno afuera dentro de la maletas. Adicional en el desayuno no tienen quien haga huevos al gusto,

Itscavlittlevstrange but the hotels keeps the lobby area extremely dark. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was big, but had a bath tub shower combo set up. So you have to be very careful getting in and out of the tub. The buffet breakfast was pretty good. Thebhotel location was a few blocks away from a Walmart.
The first thing that stood out was how warm and friendly the staff were from the lovely ladies and young man behind the front desk to Luis and Cesar at the valet to the staff in the restaurants. Yes, the hotel is a little older so a few things show their wear, but it was clean, well decorated, and still had a modern flair. It had a little indoor / outdoor living thing going on which made it interesting. I noticed some of the other negative reviews, a few complaints that it’s about a 25 minute walk to El Centro. Um, how about check a map if you want to stay in the city center? We liked that it was close enough to walk there but away from the congestion, and along the classy Paseo de Montejo. Oh, and the breakfast buffet - awesome. I loved that it included several authentic Yucatan dishes that I could try.
