Great location.

Cons:

Property is dated and showing wear and tear - needs updating. Noisy and ineffective air conditioners in rooms. Food was ok but not amazing. Staff is lovely.

Thanks so much for making our stay in NOTL just perfect.
Pros:

Beautiful place to stay in NOTL. The room was so lovely and comfortable. We were able to walk from the hotel to everything we needed downtown and the Shaw Festival theatre.

Cons:

There wasn't anything that we didn't like.

Everything: staff, room, amenities, location. Best part was dinner at La Regina

Walk in shower for my wife who has mobility issues. She could not step into the standard bathtub
