The building is beautiful and the staff is very courteous (particularly Kurt).
The fact we were only informed the Tiara restaurant was closed after we had completed the booking. It was not a problem, since we had a good dinner at the Bacchus place, but it spounded a little sneaky to not have that clearly shown in the website.
Room was spacious, clean with a comfortable bed.
The staff were not very friendly. I think they need more training to deal with outsiders (or) non-canadians. The parking lot did not seem to be very safe.
The breakfast and service was wonderful. The room was clean and well maintained. The pretty Rose's handed out were a lovely touch. The staff were kind and well informed, polite, and professional.
The mattress was a bit too soft in the middle and perhaps the mattress can be flipped over to provide a firmer mattress and a better sleep.
Also I mentioned to the staff at the end if my stay that the door leading to rooms 105 etc. Slams loudly whenever someone walks through. It made quite a lot of noise throughout the evening and early morning. I held the door and closed it softly each time I went through it so as to not disturb others.
I think it would be better to provide actual coffee in a coffee maker for the guests, as opposed to espresso.
The lack of coffee.
Always relaxing! Room was fantastic!
We liked the building, friendly personnel, great location. We loved ability of shuttle service which is great service. The suit was clean and well maintained.
We were very negatively surprised by the fact that music on TV in our room was unavailable. We had to pay $12.99+tax to put some music on TV. It was extremely unpleasant fact when you pay $300 for one night. We travel a lot, but we’ve never seen music to be paid an additional cost. You can do better than that.
The water quality in the pool does not fully meet expectations and could be improved.
