The hotel was quite nice but a touch over priced.
Pros:

The room was comfortable and clean. We did not use a lot fo the property as the weather was so bad (lots of rain) that we were unable to enjoy the immediate area.

Cons:

The price was steep. I stay at 4 and 5 start hotels in Toronto and other cities across North America and even globally for much less than this.

A nice quick overnight
Pros:

Rooms were both very spacious and comfortable. Hotel is very nice; plenty of parking as well. The location is a little off the main drag, but that encourages exploration!

Pros:

Great location, nice property but dated.

Cons:

Our bathroom didn’t drain properly. When we arrived we saw there was long hair clogging the bathtub we tried to remove ourselves which was unpleasant… but it didn’t resolve the issue which made showering at night terrible.

Not much to it, check your charges before you leave.
Pros:

Convenient location to the main strip in Niagara-on-the-Lake. Free parking. Standard hotel feel, not fully accessible. There is some accessibility but not conveniently.

Cons:

Room air quality is questionable. Hidden costs and ongoing issues with double charges for myself and other family members. Strongly encouraged to read receipt and check for all charges. Not the most welcoming when celebrating milestones such as anniversaries. Considering the higher cost for the stay, I would have expected more from them. Could get the same experience and atmosphere from other hotels at half the cost.
