Excellent job keep it up

Reception & Resturant staff, ample space in room and atrium, good parking, close to highway 91 but no noise.

I had the unfortunate circumstance of being stranded from the multiple airline cancellations due to the big snow storm. It was about as rough as it can get but the staff at the Marriott could not have been more gracious and helpful throughout my three night stay (and trials in trying to head back home). The employees were also dealing with the weather but they showed up to work to support the guests and their other team members. This is a great reflection on their general manager. He was out there shoveling for most of Monday to help his team and guests. I also overheard a meeting that he had with a large group of his staff and I could understand why the staff were so upbeat and helpful during this period. I can't recommend this property enough and I hope that the owners of the property and Marriott truly appreciate the GM's leadership and the team that he supports.

I so greatly appreciated the assistance and care we received from the overnight staff at the Marriott, specifically from Ashley. She was kind, thoughtful, and discrete when we required help in the middle of the night. Ashley went above and beyond to ensure we were situated and had everything we needed. Thank you so much Ashley!

I come here for business often. Douglas is always in the lounge and is so professional, friendly and helpful. I travel with other colleagues and we hope to see him each time. He goes above and beyond to make us feel welcome. You’re lucky to have him here!

Arrived a few days before Christmas and love the cleanliness, design and welcoming warmth from entire staff.

Quality people running a high quality property. Must give a shout out to the hotel’s staff, from check-in (Eve) to restaurant & bar to Club Lounge staff (Tina & Nancy). Lovely people here!

Club Lounge breakfast offering is A+. The Reverie Bar & Restaurant are both excellent, with lots of libations and menu offerings.

Nice indoor pool, and excellent gym facility complete the overall refinement of this 4-star property. Lastly, the great room/lobby is truly beautifully designed with class and comfort in mind. Can’t wait to come back here in 2026.

Nancy was a very nice and accommodating waitress. She made my breakfast experience really great! She asked me questions, said good morning and wished me a great day. I felt very comfortable

THIS HOTEL IS HORRIBLE DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!! Its location in Windsor is nice but this hotel is trash. The room I stayed in was ok. Mostly clean.there was some noise.THE SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE. first the man at the front desk refused to book my family a second room when we needed it and we were denied a roll away, that night we were trying to get into our room that apparently was not in the system.The hotels value is low and the only amenities available were some snacks that had to be paid for at the front desk.I HATE THIS HOTEL AND THIS COMPANY!!! I PREFER HILTON

well kept up. Staff is helpful and considerate. Joann at the front desk was especially excellent. She helped me get an item I left in my room and wouldn’t take a tip. Reasonable rates and spacious rooms for the area..
