Staff molto cordiale, struttura nuova. Colazione buona

Cons:

La camera in mia dotazione era al piano della reception, nonché con le finestre sulla scalinata di ingresso. Motivo per cui abbiamo sentito molto rumore, specialmente quando suonava il telefono in portineria. Forse mettere una porta insonorizzata tra le camere al piano terra e la hall sarebbe la soluzione

The hotel was excellent! The staff were very polite and helpful, the rooms were spotlessly clean, and the location was perfect—close to all the main tourist attractions. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Gostamos de tudo! Equipe cordial, atenciosa e sempre disposta a ajudar. A limpeza do hotel e quarto é excelente, além de ser um local seguro e bem localizado.

Buan hotel. Muy biena atencion, limpio, desayuno bien no muy variado pero por el precio que hemos pagado esta muy bien. Problemas..Nuestra habitacion da a la calle donde pasa un tranvia...Asi que es un poco ruidoso a pesar de las ventanas con climalit...Hotel aconsejable pero mejor pedir habitacion que no de a la calle...

Würden nochmal kommen, allerdings nicht ins Untergeschoss.

Sauber, Personal super freundlich mit tips zum Essen gehen.

Cons:

Hatten Zimmer Nummer 4, da läuft die Abwasserleitung lang und wenn man Pech hat so wie wir die ganze Nacht Geräusche vom Wasser.

Good hotel, arrive before sunset!
Pros:

Price was good, the place was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful for international travelers especially.

Cons:

House key service instead of card, shower was super small, like the rest of the bathroom, and bed wasn't very comfortable. Not any fault of the hotel, but it's not in a great area when you arrive after 10pm and walk from the train to get there. That area is sketchy after dark, but again this is not a reflection of the hotel.
