Excellent hotel and excellent value for money
Pros:

Excellent value for money hotel. Staff very friendly, rooms very spacious and the beds are super comfortable. Bathroom is a good size with hot water at any time of the day. The free shuttle bus to Secaucus Junction train station is a god send and saves you lots of money. There is an iron, ironing board, hair dryer, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities in the room with a fridge. My suggestion would be to bring your own teabags if you are travelling from the UK as the US teabags are not to my taste ( I’m a Yorkshire Tea kind of fella ). A little tip would be not to bring $100 bills as not many places like taking the benjamins, so bring 50’s or even better 20’s. The journey into Penn Station from hotel to station takes about 30 minutes from door to door, but download the NJ Transit app and purchase you’re tickets before you leave for the station as this can take a while once you are at the station. We used the hotel phone number and zip code to create accounts, also check the train times before you leave this will save you waiting in the station.

Good parking lot, I found it quickly.

Cons:

When checking out, the staff was rude, I would say even rude, we couldn't rest since 7 am they were cleaning the roof, when we asked the staff why it was so early or couldn't it be later, they didn't answer anything, they didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. The breakfast was very bad. They called the room at 10:10 so that we wouldn't forget to check out. We won't go back there again.

Het gehele verblijf

Cons:

Locatie is wat verder van de stad, maar dat is vooraf bekend en een bewuste keuze. Er is wel een shuttle bus naar het treinstation wat erg fijn is.

Pros:

I could not get through to Front desk or restaurant this morning - constant busy signal. Please leave info on the hours breakfast is served somewhere in the room or on the voucher. I wanted to sleep in a little but didn’t want to miss breakfast. But I couldn’t get through on the phone nor find this info anywhere in the room literature. Otherwise I was pleased and will be back. Shuttle was a big reason to come. So fast and easy to take train to Penn Station and enjoy the City.

Best Hotel !!
Pros:

This was our second stay!! My husband and I love Meadowlands Hotel. I like it for the old school vibe with some updated amenities. We also love the complimentary breakfast you do not get this at the newer Hotels and so close to the Met Stadium and Manhattan.

Cons:

Could use newer furniture.
