Fantastic Stay can't wait to return!
Pros:

I actually could not go as was unwell but the rest of my family group went and said from minute they entered the hotel, all staff, from reception, to bar staff, to the security man at end of the night were the friendliest and most helpful staff they have come across!! Rooms were lovely and spacious and very clean also! Would definitely return!!

The room and leisure centre and general facilities are great

Cons:

The breakfast is not self service for hot food. It is only self service for cereal fruit pastures etc. This is no problem if the limited ordered hot food is good quality. It is not. I would recommend not adding breakfast to your stay, go to one of the nice cafes in Kilkenny. It's a great town.

Beautiful hotel
Pros:

Beautiful very high standard hotel . We stayed in an upgrade to a newly decorated room. Food and staff were excellent . Highly recommend this the Hotel Kilkenny

Schönes Hotel mit nettem Personal und großem Schwimmbad
Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal. Großzügiges Zimmer mit bequemen Betten und modernes Badezimmer mit toller Dusche. Reichhaltiges Frühstück mit kalter und warmer Küche. Auch das Restaurant ist zum Abendessen zu Empfehlen. Gute Küche zum fairen Preis.
Großer Parkplatz ohne Aufpreis!
Toller Spa-Bereich mit großem Schwimmbad, Wirrpool und zwei unterschiedlichen Saunen!

Cons:

Etwas Schimmel an den Fugen im Badezimmer und an den Fenstern im Zimmer. Außerdem könnten die Fenster mal wieder geputzt werden! Außerdem hatte das Schwimmbad ein paar altersbedingte Macken (einige Fliesen waren kaputt).

Fabulous hotel
Pros:

A wonderful Stay. I was greeted by Geoff and Mirela, who were exceptionally professional, friendly and so welcoming.
Nothing was too much trouble for them, so helpful. They rang me to stay my room was ready, It made my Stay so enjoyable.
The room was beautiful spotless and modern with a nespresso, water, Bathrobes. So comfortable.
Breakfast was perfect and again a lovely experience lovely waitress and waiters all so friendly and professional.
I would highly recommend this hotel
