first floor room hot with no fan
Pros:

terrible. so hot and humid in our first floor room. no fans available. if you like sweating while trying to sleep then this hotel is for you!. never again.

Cons:

We retired to our room about 9pm .that is about when young people started running up and down the corridor banging on doors ,yelling out .this went on until midnight Finally got to sleep. AT 2am the fire alarm was set off . What a shit of a night. Talked to checkout girl in the morning about the trouble we had ,oh sorry was all we got .Would not recommend this place to anybody

Pros:

The staff was very friendly, there is parking on site.

Cons:

The rooms could do with an update and clean. Curtains and furniture are old and dusty, and the bathrooms need an upgrade. For the money charged, it can for sure do better

Fantastic stay in Kilkenny
Pros:

Fantastic hotel. The room was spacious and newly renovated. The staff were friendly and efficient. The re was a gym on site and there was a lot of parking. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent stay
Pros:

Had a weekend stay, staff were excellent and very accommodating. All staff were very customer focused. The food was excellent also and good value for money. Easy access to leisure centre.

10/10, definitely worth it
Pros:

Beautiful. Located a little out of town but worth it. Plenty of free parking onsite. Restaurant with good food also on site. We were given free upgrades to a better room and the rooms were amazing. Clean and very comfortable. Staff also lovely
