Ontbijt en vriendelijkheid van het ontbijt serverend personeel.

Cons:

Kamer niet gereed bij inchecken. Geen goed werkende badkamer (kranen en toilet). Schimmel aanwezig. Door defect 7 uur geen stromend water en geen proactief beleid om gasten van water te voorzien.

Quality Hotel
Pros:

We stayed here for four nights on a golf trip. The rooms had been upgraded since our last visit and were very comfortable with an excellent en-suite featuring a walk in shower. Breakfast was very good with a good choice and a nice cooked breakfast done to order. There’s a good size bar that also does food and the staff throughout the hotel were friendly. There’s a good car park and a few charging points for those that need them. It’s only a 10 minute walk down into the lively town of Kilkenny.

Beautifully presented clean and tidy huge car park and comfortable bed
Pros:

Beautiful reception area and outdoor terrace. Swimming pool and gym. When you Walk in smells nice and the bar area is lovely too. Comfortable beds

Cons:

Maids outside the bedrooms were extremely loudly talking and shouting to each other non stop. This is totally unacceptable in a sleeping space area. I was shocked for a hotel of the standard to have staff that have no respect for their client staying.

Good hotel, unfortunate about a 6am fire alarm.
Pros:

Nice clean rooms, friendly staff.

Cons:

We were woke at 6am by the fire alarm. Rang reception and were told there was a leak somewhere, that there was no need to evacuate. But the alarm continued to go off for about 45 mins and by that time we found it very hard to relax and get back to sleep.

Cons:

No plug by the bed for charging phones is a bit unacceptable by now. When I got a coffee in the bar there were four staff members chatting who weren't in any real rush to serve me.
