Very nice hotel location. I really enjoyed the swimming pool where we could exit from the hotel room to the pool every day. The personell was super friendly. We took one lesson of the Thai boxing and I want to thank Tee for his wonderful lesson. Amazing breakfast, especially I like that they offered multiple choices of milk for the coffee. Also, amount of breakfast options is incredible. Probably best breakfast I’ve had so far.

Cons:

Children playground is directly under the sun, without any shade, which was not very comfortable for my son.

Нам особенно понравилась территория (большая, красивая, зелёная) и бассейны. Также хороший доступ к морю. Завтраки замечательные, каждый сможет подобрать себе подходящую еду. Особенно понравился хлеб и морковный пирог. Также стоит отметить приветливый персонал, всегда готовый всегда пойти навстречу и удовлетворить потребности клиентов.

Cons:

При заселении мы получили два номера в которых стойко пахло плесенью. Попросили поменять, в других тоже очень пахло плесенью. Мы так понимаем это проблема не отдельных номеров, а всего корпуса, что с нашей точки зрения недопустимо для такой сети как Хайят. К счастью персонал пошёл нам на встречу, предложили номера в другом корпусе, где проводилась реновация и там были номера без запахов. Правда номера были без балкона и высушить купальники было очень сложно. Но в любом случае спасибо, что поменяли номера.

Schöne Anlage, die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen. Poolanlage Top, das Personal ganz okey, Freundlichkeit ist realiv.

Reinigung alle 3 Tage, der Boden hätte täglich feucht aufgenommen werden, Bett gerne alle 2 Tage wechseln das Zimmer stank etwas da wir vermuten, dass die Decken oder Bettwäsche nicht korrekt aufbewahrt werden. Roch wie im Keller so feucht und mottig

Møj beskidte fliser over det hele.
Trist morgenbuffet hvis man ikke vil spise varm thai/kinesisk. Han der skulle lave omelet. Kunne ikke finde ud af at få den stegt så det ikke var rå æg. Nævnte hver dag for ham at de skulle have lidt længere tid. Delæme ikke i orden. . Juicen var udrikkeligt især orange som havde en bismag sanges det til personalet men dagen fører var det det samme igen. Endvidere var der et møj beskidt klæde inde ved brødstsripnen. Den var så klister og fyldt med pletter trods det vi kom og spiste kl 6.30. Bad om en ny til brødet men det var ikke den nemmeste opgave at få dem til at skifte den. Vi har. Besøgt jer før hvor vi var glade for det hele. Men lige pt. Vil vi ikke vende tilbage. Da der var så mange ting der ikke levede op til jeres høje standard. . Vi betaler jo en god pris for at der netop skulle være alt okay. Må sauce vi er skuffet.

Perfekter Entspannungsurlaub
Pros:

Ausgesprochen schön war die poollandschaft mit Wasserläufen unter Blumen und Palmen.
Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich.

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt leicht abseits, man braucht ein Transport zur nächsten Mall. Dafür ist man abends direkt an 2 Nachtmärkten.
