This property was in the middle of Hua Hin, but the foliage of the property made it feel like you were on an isolated island. Wonderful beach access and just a really short walk to the Cicada weekend night market. Beds were comfortable. We did have ants in our room, but they were really quick to accommodate a room change. Property seems to be very well managed with a really nice staff.

Loved this hotel. Great facilities and lots of free activities. There’s a brilliant slide which my kids (9-15) went on about 40 times. Breakfast is great although sometimes need to wait for a table. Lots of massage places just outside and a 7/11 not far. Fantastic nighttime market just outside the hotel entrance and a great rooftop bar around the corner for sunset cocktails. Grounds and pools lovely and right on the beach. We had a family of 4 in a room with pool access and it was fine for space with an extra bed. Recommended for a stay in Hau Hin.

Pros:

Overall a good experience and the staff is very service minded, however the resort is starting to look used. For example, we asked for another room as the humidity was terrible but realized the other room had same problem - not ideal with a two years old in the room.

Lovely scenic property with incredible service and lots of amenities. Rooms are a little dated and the floors were very dirty in my room, but other than that an exceptional stay.

Pros:

From start (check-in) to finish (check-out) the staff members are very professional not to mention their ability to communicate in English. Security was paramount. The only thing I was a bit disappointed in was, being in Thailand, not having hot sauces or Thai hot chili powders available during the afternoon club snack hour or during the breakfast hour . I hope, on my next trip, they will be easily accessible. Thank you for listening.
