Pros:

Friendly staff, rooms were clean, fridge didn’t work. Their radio clock alarm went off at 6.00 AM and twice!
Spa was lovely, needs a little updating and a face lift.
Other than that. Very nice

Pros:

The resturant, hot springs and Christmas ambience was great. The room was ok but it was quiet and my fiancee and I really enjoyed thr food in your resturant.

Cons:

Had to ask staff to repair the fireplace as it wasn't working. The dial to turn it on and off was defective and it was difficult to regulate the temperature of the room.

Had gone to Pillar and the Post to also enjoy the skating but it closed before we had a chance to enjoy it. The rink should have been open longer considering it was the holidays and I was surprised it closed at 9.

Cons:

Hotel was dirty, it looked run down. Way overpriced for services rendered. A 20 year client will not be booking this hotel again.

Spa was wonderful as was the pool. Room was nice, great shower and loved the fireplace. Location is fantastic, short walk downtown. Gardens are also superior.

Pros:

Excellent service, friendly staff booked a complimentary hot spring visit. Turndown service included flowers in the room. The breakfast was incredible at the cannery. 10/10, can't wait to return.

Cons:

Additional lighting in the bathroom would have been nice.

It was nice but I felt it was overpriced.
Pros:

Breakfast did not have as many gluten free options as the staff said it did. Bar tenders and wait staff in both bar and restaurant were great.

Cons:

Shuttle service on pickup for return was more than 30 minutes later than communicated. Turned out extent to a completely different location from where he dropped us off. Also never heard of an old fashioned without bourbon.

Quite enjoyable. Minimum inconveniences.
Pros:

We stayed only one night. We were in room 234 in the old section and it was fine other than the bathroom had no fan. Also, the patio tables and chairs on the hallways outside the rooms are nice, but it needs some TLC to be a little cleaner.

Cons:

You don’t need that huge desk chair in the small rooms in the old section. It gets in the way of the TV and a few people are going to use that space for a desk very much.

Wonderful, relaxing, quiet, family friendly location to visit Niagara Falls and wine country.
Pros:

Exceptionally friendly staff. The two pools were lovely. Beautiful grounds with so many flowers.

Cons:

Could use microwaves in the rooms or at least one on property for guest use.
