Cons:

One of the reasons we stay at the Hotel is to be able to use the outdoor pool year round. The pool's heater was not working, making the pool unuseable.

Less than impressed.
Pros:

Love the idea of walking around in your robe, and even going to the bar in the robes. Lovely way to spend the time away.

Cons:

Our room was very outdated, there was a draft coming in from the door. Our main reason for booking was to be outside and use fire pits and swim in the outdoor pool. Both were not working.

Perfect for couples and families! Property is beautiful and staff SO friendly and accommodating.
Pros:

Everything! The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed! Beds were SO comfortable very convenient for access to Niagra on the lake’s main little shopping and restaurant area. The pool was a bonus!
My kids loved that queen Elizabeth stayed there in the 70’s!

Cons:

Outside pool wasn’t heated due to something not working but they fixed it immediately. Also a small shortage of hot water but we immediately received a text apologizing and letting us know it was being rectified. It was Easter weekend an hour before checkout so I’m sure just a lot of people using hot water at the same time!! Wouldn’t prevent me staying again!!

It was good in some ways, bad in others.
Pros:

The spa/ grotto. It was wonderful.

Cons:

Staff at front desk impatient, and our room was just above outdoor pool, and guests were drinking and LOUD.

Pros:

It was very beautiful

Cons:

I didn't like that they went in our room and left a flower. I had all my stuff all over the place. The outside pool wasn't open which is what we really enjoy doing. Our room wasn't as nice as last year but was much more money. We had a queen bed, last year we had a king.

Great Place to Celebrate an Anniversary
Pros:

We love staying at the Vintage hotels. We celebrated our anniversary and decised to stay here last minute, and found a great deal through this site to stay at the start of March break. Friendly staff, great food, excellent room service, and loved the indoor and outdoor pool. I believe it was -10 one night, and the outdoor pool was warm and toasty.

Cons:

The hot springs was a bit of a disappointment. It was very small.

We had a lot of things with us and it was challenging to get to our room with 2 flights of stairs, no elevator available when staying in the outdoor rooms. This was not disclosed to us at the time of booking. We had to take multiple trips to and from our car.

The Staff, Spa, Pool and all was great. Loved the fireplace in the bedroom

Cons:

Our only complaint was the pillows! They were all the same and uncomfortable for both my girlfriend and me

We enjoyed our stay and your staff is attentive, warm and truly welcoming!!!

The property was very nice.

Cons:

Outside pool was dirty and should have been cleaned after the rain stopped. Also hot springs should have been cleaner as well as we could feel debris in our feet. The hotel could use a bit of a spruce up as there were leaks.
