Beautiful, clean hotel and resort.
Pros:

The entire property was very clean and well appointed. All staff members we interacted with were very friendly and kind. We had dinner and breakfast at the Cannery Restaurant and everything was delicious.

Cons:

There is limited parking directly around the hotel and a larger lot kitty-corner from the hotel which we didn't realize until we circled the hotel and snagged the last parking spot way in the back. We had breakfast at the Cannery, and while everything was delicious we felt it was overpriced $28CAD.

The coziest fall vibes you can imagine
Pros:

The rooms are super cozy and the hotel lives up to the expected fall vibes. The pool has the perfect temperature and provides ultimate relaxation. We went morning, afternoon and evening.

Cons:

The restaurant was not the best. The vegetarian options were inedible.

Beautiful vintage property with so much to offer!
Pros:

We’ve stayed at the Pillar and post about 15 or so times, it’s always our go to hotel in Notl. We love all the amenities such as the two pools and the outdoor grotto and the spa. The food is great at both the restaurant and the bar, the rooms and beds are also very comfortable. The location is great and we like the free shuttle into town or it’s only a ten minute walk. The grounds and hotel are very clean and well taken care off as well as always seasonally decorated.

AMAZING!
Pros:

The room was spacious and the walk in shower was lovely. We enjoyed the outdoor heated pool and the hot spring. Our couples massage was top notch. The Monet Gardens across the street was like stepping into a dream!

Cons:

The mattress was not our favorite. It was on the firmer side and my husband did not sleep well because of it.

A great place to relax.
Pros:

The pools and spa were great. The room was comfortable and quiet.

Cons:

One thing we noticed is that there were areas that need freshening up. For example, the door to our bathroom was looking pretty worn on the edges.

A memorable stay
Pros:

It was our anniversary- I requested flowers in the room (they were beautiful), I requested drinks and food ( they were there) a rose on the bed was a nice touch to the room- thanks! In then evening a visit by the attendant for more towels and another rose was a nice end to the day!
The room was cleaned and tidied the next day, the staff were polite and wished us a good stay!
We had 2 suppers and a breakfast on the dinning room - the meals were hot, delicious and the servers could not be any more accommodating!
My wife had a manicure and pedicure , the girl who did her toes and hands hands picked out beautiful colors- like them a lot! I went to the gym ( you have great equipment) but had to request sanitizer for my hands and sanitizer to wipe the equipment down after use ( not a problem , it happens )!
Thanks for a wonderful stay - we will come again!

Nice, and great location but pricey!
Pros:

Room was lovely but dark. Pool is lovely but woodwork and furniture are dated for the prices. Surely, for the prices they are charging, they could paint and do some touch ups.

Cons:

For my $500 and $600 a night PM’s, after 9 or 10 previous stays, I could have been granted a one hour extension on my check out.
