Very good location near Times Square. The room was spacious, tidy and had a comfortable bed. The bathroom was nice.

We needed a last-minute hotel in NYC for one night, and initially this seemed like a decent option, especially for the price and location. The room itself was a good size, and I appreciated the complimentary bottled water. However, after seeing the room in daylight, I noticed more cleanliness and maintenance issues than I initially realized.
The TV didn’t work, and although we contacted maintenance, they weren’t able to get it working. The shower handle was also broken, so we had to call maintenance again. That said, the maintenance staff were excellent, friendly, and very responsive. There were visible signs of wear and staining around the window shade, and the room generally felt like it could have been cleaner.
The advertised “complimentary breakfast” was quite limited, essentially just a few small muffins..
The location is convenient, and I could see this being an option for someone looking for a budget-friendly hotel near Times Square, especially for a last-minute one-night stay. However, given the cleanliness and maintenance issues we experienced, I probably wouldn’t stay here again.
Low price, low quality but I guess you pay for what you get. Communicating with the hotel was extraordinarily difficult and changes to my reservation were a nightmare. I left a shirt in my room and when I called back I was told that they didn't find it. Well -- it was there, because I wore it on the plane and was not in my suitcase. When I suggested something was missing they said well the staff have turned in a lot better things. May be true, but I'm still out an expensive, designer shirt.
Great location for tourists, only few minutes walk to Time square.
The customer care and staff are completely off, not supported to park my car temporarily to unload when check in.
I liked the Service that They provided for me and my family specially the Housekeeper Loreny Martinez.
Excellent location, 5 minute walk from Times Square. Subways accessible in walkable distance. Indian vegetarian restaurants also in walkable distance 10 mind approx. Service was really good. The bellhop was helpful and quick.
localtion is excellent. everything in walking distance from this location and they provide taxi to the hotel for free!
not that clean, tiny room, no table, no water..only towls and shower soap in the room. not evern small water bottle to welcome you in!

We had a wonderful stay at City Club Hotel. The hotel is in a great, safe location, close to Times Square and within walking distance of everything. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable, making it the perfect place to stay in New York.
