We had a phenomenal stay at CC! Arriving from JFK was so easy, not to mention it’s literally so close to everything. 7-15 min walk to everything we wanted to do, whether it was easy to walk to 5th and 6th, Rockefeller, Times Square and so much more to a quick walk to Bryant Park and the subway entrance to get everywhere else. Girls trip with my 70 year old mother, 52 year old sister a twenty something year old and a teen couldn’t have been made easier by the double bed and day bed room, complimentary breakfast and phenomenal staff. Will book again!
Horrible, place was dirty asf drinks in fridge was old as I don’t know what, my pillows was black they don’t clean nothing and they still haven’t giving me or my sister our deposits back and keep putting us on hold and lying.
All the front of house staff friendly and very helpful
Great value. Great location
Location is ideal for leisure travelers in the city.
The check-in time took a bit more time than I expected.
The location was great. I asked for a quite room so was put on the top floor which was amazingly comfortable and quite.
Staff was nice and helpful, really amazing.
The hotel seemed really dirty definitely not a five star hotel room, decor was old outdated whole time we were there walking through the hotel smell like Ramen noodles at all times you can see dust and dirt on tables. Food or stains on ceilings gave motel vibes not hotel will never visit this hotel again. Free breakfast was donuts, juice or coffee. Wasn’t what was expected or the pictures that were listed must’ve been old. 200 deposit for what. Disappointing. Visit.
The room.was much bigger than a typical NYC room and the price was great. Bed was super comfortable, which is good because my wife is picky about that
Great
The good bed.
Very poor breakfast
The toilet floor needs urgente fixing
I loved the hotel; the location was on point, close to a parking garage and all the sites we wanted to go. The staff was friendly, but they were not helpful with my issue that I had the few nights after I stayed at the hotel. I first contacted the hotels.com, but since I paid directly to the hotel, they referred me to them. I wrote an email back in the end of December to Josue the manager and he have yet to contact me, then I called numerous times to the front desk even speaking the Front desk manager Jennifer, she as well has not returned my calls. The 1st phone call I placed was on December 29th the after we checkout. My issue is we got a family set of rooms. I had an experience of bites on my leg, at first, I thought it was a mosquito, didn't think too much of it, the next morning I noticed a little bit more bites on my leg. I still didn't think anything of it, the morning of check out my husband decided to take pictures of my leg and then we thought it had to have been bed bugs. I immediately contacted the hotel, to tell them, to inspect the bed, I did notice some black specs on the sheet, but at the moment didn't think anything of it. I am really upset, because no one has contacted me to tell me they have inspected the room and make sure that it doesn't happen to the next guest. I don't think it was an infestation of bed buds, I believe it may have only been a few too many. Like I said, I liked the hotel and the staff at the moment of checking in were very friendly. Just really irritated that we had this incident. The bites were in fact bed buds. I have never had this happen to me at any hotel I stayed at.
It's near to train station,2blocks away
No microwave to reheat my food
Very convenient location for the work I had to do.
There could be water in the room provided. Plus may be a banana in the breakfast.
