Very nice, clean and easy to get to and staff was very friendly
Friendly staff, location
The air conditioner leaked. We woke up to everything- carpet, anything sitting on the floor, including suitcases and bags, soaking wet. We had to dry things with hair dryer the best we could. Manager was notified. He was kind but because we booked through booking.com, he couldn’t provide any compensation. Was told to contact booking.com to initiate refund. I’ve called and been on hold but never was able to speak to anyone.

Good and bad
This hotel did not feel exceptionally clean. Lobby area is looking worn.
Staff were friendly. Our room was fine. Bed was comfortable. Terrible water pressure in the shower. Water standing under the air conditioner. The air conditioner is really close to the bed so I stepped in the water when I got up.
Breakfast area was clean and the breakfast was good with a great selection.
Probably would choose a different hotel if we came back thru Texarkana.

This is one of the best Comfort Inns I have stayed at. Rooms always clean and comfortable, atmosphere is welcoming, location is convenient to the interstate. However , the best feature is the staff of this hotel. I have to m”shout out Jonathan! He went above and beyond before I even got there! I was making reservations on line and for some reason the app was not cooperating with me. I called the front desk from my home and Jonathan answered. He heard my issues, immediately fixed it and did it graciously! When I got to the hotel the next afternoon he greeted me as a long lost friend and made my stay even more enjoyable! Thank you again, Jonathan!
I also want to thank the lady who was working the crowded breakfast room…she was very pleasant and although very busy, always smiling!

Staff and location was great
Breakfast. The trays that the food goes in was empty. Everyone else that came to eat breakfast was complaining also of no food available.

Pool was closed - was a heartbreak for my grandson
Easy on and off Frontage Rd/I30. Loved the hardwood flooring and very spacious room. Beautiful exterior and interior in lobby and room.
