Overall, we enjoyed our stay and we would stay there again.
Pros:

Very close to everything and good price. Room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Only one elevator and it is very slow. Would prefer that room service work differently than it does where you have to request it. Received a letter touting the ticket services they provide but the place was closed all week.

Located in good area not too much traffic, easy to get in and out they don’t charge xtra for parking! The room was good just didn’t like being of top floor, but they will fix your bed and tidy up you room upon request.

Cons:

Really got nothing bad to say really my family enjoyed our stay.

After 4pm check in is really a pain. Our AC unit was super loud in our room, and the loudness of other guest made it extremely hard to sleep.

Pros:

Staff was great. We had to leave a day early and front desk initiated a bill credit without even being asked. The lady in the gift shop was also went out of her way to help us and make us feel welcome there.

Cons:

The only thing that wasn’t 100% in our minds was the breakfast and breakfast facilities. Pretty meager offerings and seating arrangements. Was pretty average for breakfast included facilities these days but still seeing better elsewhere.
