Great place to stay
Pros:

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Slept very well on the bed. Bathroom was good and clean. Stocked with plenty of towels.

Cons:

Hotel was comfortable temp but was hot in elevator. I know not hotel FSU but had to wait a good bit for elevator cause of so many p6going up an down. Which I know is great for you guys.

Location great, but that's about it.
Pros:

The location was fantastic! It was off by itself, but only minutes from all of the fun things at Branson. The Tanger outlets were just up the road! Loved the convenience of the location. My favorite part of the trip was the ease of the hotel's location. Pool was well maintained, and the pool hours being open to midnight was another fun perk for my son! It was inside but not where it bothered any patrons. Very quiet and you wouldn't know the pool was being used until midnight!

Cons:

The beds were not comfortable, a bit hard for our taste. Some people enjoy firm beds. The rooms were a bit smaller in person. Especially the bathroom, you could tell it's a bit older hotel in need of some modifications. The AC units were not great, it never seemed to cool the room very well, and we ran it constantly and it's lowest setting and never felt the room was cold, it was colder in the hallways than the room itself. We actually even switched rooms due to the AC not working and still didn't have much better luck. We did find a roach in our room as well, we brought it and the AC to the attention of the hotel and nothing was done. We were only offered to switch rooms, no discount, no upgrade. Staff was friendly, but not extra helpful with what I felt were big issues.

Pros:

It was close to attractions, but yet far enough away that it wasn’t crowded and it was nice and quiet and clean! Staff was very friendly and helpful. It was especially nice that we could get tickets at the gift shop for a reduced price ahead of the shows. We were also sent a list of all of the different shows a few weeks before our stay, which made it nice for us to be able to plan what we wanted to do ahead of time.

Old Blood on covers though it was replaced that was a bit disappointing and i feel more should've been done.

Would stay again!
Pros:

Comfortable, clean rooms. Nice pillows and they put plenty in the room! Good pool, breakfast, friendly staff.

Cons:

Hallway needed a good vacuuming but that’s just being nit picky.
