Overall a very pleasant experience, we will stay here again.
Pros:

We were able to check in a little early, which was a huge help. The staff was friendly, the facilities were very clean, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. I slept great, which is not the norm when I stay at a hotel.

Cons:

I don't know if it was because we booked just six days before check in, but I feel like the price was too high.

Had so issues that got solved, had a great stay.
Pros:

The Staff was excellent, everyone was friendly, helpful and easy to get along with. We would stay here again. The location was perfect for getting around, very close to everything. Reasonable price based on other properties in the area.

Cons:

My room was musty (112). Not sure what was wrong but it seemed like the AC could not clear all the moisture out of the room. There may be some mold in the AC unit, it should be checked. The management was able to move us to another room for our second night, that room was fine. We should have asked for another room when we first arrived but we thought the AC would eventually clear out the dampness and smell, it did not. To be fair, it was in the upper 90's and very humid both days.
I appreciate the fact that you have EV chargers on property, this was one of the reason we picked this hotel. Unfortunately the 2 Tesla chargers were not working correctly. Either the units need to be replaced or the charge cables need to be replaced on both units, both are broken and do not connect security to the car during charging. I was able to get one of them to work but I had to play with the cable so much I did not want leave it connected in fear of it damaging the charge port on my car. This could be a hazard to someone if they are not careful how they handle the cable. Feel free to reach out to me, I can provide more details if needed.

Pros:

The breakfast was good. I liked that the floors didn't sound like you were stomping as you walked in the room. I liked that the gift shop had tickets to events.

Cons:

The hotel seemed very warm in hallways. The arcade could use some attention.

Great
Pros:

Hotel was super close to Sight and Sound Theatre. Staff was very nice and gave us two adjoining rooms. Breakfast was very nice. Beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

Don't think it can be fixed but I didn't like the tub. I take showers and the tub is very high and difficult to climb into. Would much rather have a walk-in shower.

Enjoyable stay
Pros:

Our room was very clean, beds were decently comfortable, nice bathroom/shower, loved the extra sink and makeup area outside of the bathroom! Indoor pool and large hot tub, with a hot breakfast in the morning, including several options was very enjoyable!

Really, can't think of anything.
