Hotel muito bom, ótimo atendimento e café da manhã ótimo. Porém os travesseiros eram ruins e faltava shampoo no disposer. Cartões que desmagnetizam. Precisam melhorar a qualidade. No final me contataram para fazer cobrança porque cartão não passava. Expliquei que tinha comprado e pago via Hotéis.com. Acredito que o pessoal precisa ficar mais atento.

Cheiro de mofo no quarto e corredores, tampa do sanitário solta e em condições ruins, suporte do shampoo sem shampoo, piscina não condizente com as fotos, café da manhã lotado e exposto a todos que ali transitam fazendo com que falem em cima dos alimentos etc

Péssima localização dos lugares mais badalados de São Paulo

Não me hospedaria lá novamente e não recomendo

Hotel com quartos reformados, excelente tamanho de banheiro, ducha e quarto, muito bom o cafe da manha, apenas faltam armários para casal e vários dias de hospedagem fica um pouco ruim a prateleira totalmente aberta, sem gavetas ou local mais reservado para colocar roupas.
