I’d rather sleep in my car next time
Pros:

The person with long red hair who checked us in was very nice

Cons:

The room was disgusting, this place has really gone downhill in the last year or two. We left within 2 hours of checking in because we felt dirty even sitting on the bed. A waste of $110. Ended up hopping back in the car and driving all the way back home in the dark. The box spring cover looked like it hadn’t been washed in who knows how long, when I pulled the fabric to check for bugs there was an accumulation of dirt/hair/pieces of food and other gross things within a foot of where our heads were going to be if we slept there. I didn’t bother to check the bed any further because that’s all I needed to see, the lamp was gross and very dusty which tells me things don’t get routinely wiped down before guests, the floor looked like it had water damage around the bathroom, the stairs make me feel like they’re going to fall because they don’t feel level, the balcony walkway feels like it’s leaning, and the parking lot is very crowded and hard to maneuver. I think I’d rather sleep in my car. The only pleasant experience was the nice person who checked us in (with long red hair)

Parking is $7, and a little bit of a hassle if you don't get there early. This is a motel not a hotel.

PAID PARKING, HORRIBLE WIFI, ROOMS ARE NOT CLEAN.
Pros:

Breakfast was included, it was okay, not very good or much options.

Cons:

No parking available at the place. They charge extra for some addons even if we dont need them. Rooms are not clean, wifi is horrible. A bad overall experience

Simple but sweet
Pros:

It's a really convenient location, for a fraction of the price of the fancier hotels nearby. It is very basic, but if you're good with that, it's a sweet spot to stay.

Cons:

The shower wasn't perfectly clean. It could've used a bit more attention. Another lamp at the bedside world have been nice.

Will stay again n future. But will be aware of what not to expect.
Pros:

It is a small confined parking area. The outside is showing wear. The carpets on the stair landings could use replacing. There is a section by room 118 second level that could be a potential tripping hazard. Some stairs show signs of excessive wear. Guest room in decent shape aside from minor areas that could be repaired thus giving hotel guest that the facility truly cares about the customers.

Cons:

The facility and the price point was good. The main component I didn’t care for was the”free breakfast”. I was served burned cold country potatoes. Cold scrambled eggs . I purchased a latte and the flavors were terrible. Spoke with man who stated he was GM of restaurant. Instead of accepting the comments, he blamed new staff as the problem. Lack of quality control was the problem.

Nice enough but
Pros:

Central location, price, pet policy. Free morning breakfast

Cons:

Inadequate parking, only partially compensated for by backup lot 2 blocks away. Rooms did not have USB2 outlets. Generally outdated feel.
