Great hotel and experience
Pros:

Very disappointing
Pros:

The front desk staff member was the most unprofessional person I have ever met. She was honest and said they’d made a mistake but refused to correct it. Plus, the back window in my car was smashed in and our jackets were stolen.

Great location. Right in the middle of the entertainment district of Spokane. Clean room, great perks (drink coupons, breakfast vouchers).

Didn’t disclose the 20%add on fees for parking and entertainment fee. An email arrived several days later explaining the add ons, no option to opt out of fees. 20% add on is significant in pricing.
