Comfortable beds & room for a trio stay which is hard to find. The price reflects the aged property.
Pros:

Good location & reasonable price

Cons:

Bathroom was old, shower head was low & taps to shower were difficult to adjust to regulate the temp.
There was surface mould in the bathroom walls/ceiling.

Location is great. Near to many eateries and shops

Cons:

Room hygiene is not great, carpet is smelly, hair dryer has white mold on it, no slippers or dental kit supplied, no wifi in the room. One of the worst 4* star hotel I ever stayed.

Location was great.

Cons:

Rooms were small and very outdated. Beds uncomfortable, pillows lumpy. Disappointed with the bathrooms - bathtub had old stains on the side. Needs a big makeover.

Cons:

ROOM/BATHROOM. Toilet suite too close to wall, difficult to use properly. Wash hand basin very small with shelf over, difficult to wash face . Only one chair for two people. No small table to be able to write cards and use laptop.

Pros:

The staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional.

Cons:

The air ventilation was quite dusty, and the curtains looked old and stained with dark marks. Also, the curtains don't close properly, so I couldn't turn on my room light without letting people from nearby high-rise buildings see inside, which was very disappointing.
