Room was same as pictures shown online
It was barely decent
Bed bugs, scary elevator, they advise parking but it’s just a deal with the parking garage up the block, then deal was more expensive than there rates, I called and asked if there was a place to unload and check in and after multiple times circling the block discovered it was just a loading bay that has no parking signs
Explained all to staff, no care was given
The fact that it is across the road from the Capitol Theatre was the reason I booked it.
The wi-fi did not work in the room and my granddaughters had to sit in the hall to use their ipads.

Staff is unresponsive , I left my piece of jewllery on table , I rang back after few hours & they advised they will get back to me , I am still waiting , I recalled & staff advised they dont know , I sent a message on app , No reply
Location is excellent, right next to central station and coach stops, shopping complex walking distance.
Rooms were a bit small if you are a family, but for the price it was perfect.

Very, very old hotel, bathrooms not clean, took 15 minutes to get hot water from the shower. Generally just not clean
