Good for a night or two in a convenient location.
Pros:

Great location. Convenient to Capitol Theatre, Chinatown and light rail services. Pleasant staff. Vending machine in foyer.

Cons:

Needs a really good deep clean, bathroom getting a bit tired, shower over bath, lots of traffic noise, thin walls (woke to the sound of someone in the next room going to the toilet)

Fantastic Location for going to the theatres!
Pros:

The location is fantastic, so many good cafes and restaurants around. We were going to the Lyric Theatre and it was an easy walk there and to paddy's markets and Pitt St Mall. Rooms are clean, plenty of towels and comfortable bedding. No noise from outside or other guests and excellent block out blinds.

Cons:

Bath needed a really good scrub.. and the showerhead is fixed to the wall and couldn't be adjusted, if you are taller than 165cm that might be annoying.

Receptionist on chwck in was friendly

Cons:

No opening windows, very wet with condensation overnight; no exhaust fan in the bathroom and toilet; tiny plastic shampoo containers with green washing labelling portraying them as environmentally friendly (clearly not), tiny milk containers, again plastic not recyclable - prefer a larger container of milk. Curved bathroom sink design hard to fill up water bottles. Bed mattress very poor quality and dips when sitting on the bed. Mirror and fittings in bathroom rusty from poor ventillation.

The room had everything we needed in it. Clean and tidy. Great location. Great buffet breakfast. Great staff, extremely helpful in an uncertain situation. Cannot thank them enough.
