Pros:

Zona șezlongurilor situată în grădina care e splendidă și panorama noastră de la etajul 4 au fost un vis.Totul a fost grozav, iar personalul a făcut diferența pentru noi, comparativ cu alte hoteluri similare. Multe mulțumiri managerulu pentru atenția deosebită la detalii cu care a venit în întâmpinarea nevoilor noastre. Domnul Viorel are recunoștința noastră pentru tot ajutorul și răbdarea de care a dat dovadă, iar domnul Giorgos cu simțul lui deosebit la oameni ne-a personalizat foarte mult experiența. Sperăm să revenim curând!

Exceptional in Every Possible Way – We Have Already Booked Our Return
Pros:

Our stay was genuinely exceptional. The hotel is elegant, beautifully maintained and wonderfully comfortable, but what truly makes it extraordinary is its people. Their warmth, professionalism and genuine kindness left us with a rare sense of belonging — almost as though we were leaving family rather than a hotel.

A very special thank you to big Giorgos, Georgos and Patricia at the Amethyst Cocktail Bar, Francesca, Elena at breakfast, Olha, and absolutely everyone on the team. I wish I could mention them all by name. Everyone speaks excellent English, and the service throughout was impeccable.

The gastronomy is outstanding, with excellent Asian, Cypriot and Italian cuisine, wonderful breakfasts and consistently high standards across all restaurants and bars. The Deck, the fine-dining restaurant, deserves particular praise for its refined cuisine, beautiful presentation and elegant atmosphere.

The beach setting is superb. The hotel's dedicated area lies within a gorgeous garden of palm trees and cascades of flowers, creating a wonderfully peaceful setting by the sea. Your umbrella is assigned for the entire stay, fresh beach towels are provided daily, and the sunbeds are exceptionally comfortable. The hotel area is pleasantly separated from the public beach, while the sea itself is crystal clear and beautifully warm.

We also loved the live music — saxophone and violin at the Amethyst Cocktail Bar, music at the Ipanema Pool Bar, and the grand piano in the lobby all add enormously to the hotel's sophisticated atmosphere.

Ultimately, however, it is the people who make this hotel so special. The hospitality never felt merely professional; it felt genuinely personal.

Perhaps the strongest recommendation we can give is that we had already booked our stay for next year before this holiday was even over.

Our warmest thanks to the entire team. We cannot wait to return!
