Pros:

Absolutely nothing

Cons:

The area is dangerous, I went to check in on arrival and the lobby was locked. The clerk swiped my credit card to pay and gave me my room key. I went to the room and it smelled of mildew and cigarette smoke. I immediately returned to the lobby to complain and leave. I asked for a refund and the clerk told me to contact the manager on Monday.. I will be calling today to attempt to get my money back or will dispute the credit card charge with the bank.

Even location is good not a place to stay along with family

Location of the property, Air conditioner, beds & furniture..

Cons:

Check-In was Not Smooth, Credit card declined twice..
Even we choose Non-smoking rooms, both the rooms had strong smell of smokes

true local's motel with local activities
Pros:

The ONLY thing I liked was how close in proximity it was to restaurants, shopping stores, and the main attractions.

Cons:

The cleanliness was poorest I've ever seen. The type of activities in and around at all hours of the night and day was uncomfortable. No pool, No breakfast, unable to use lobby. Items missing from room- unable to iron or make coffee. It was not worth the price. Save up for better rooms. Do not always go cheap. You get what you DID NOT pay for.

Women, don't stay here alone!
Pros:

The check in was very quick, they had our key cards ready and it didn't take but a minute. We were greated outside by a rooster, whom apparently lives by the lobby.

Cons:

The room was horribly dirty, there was blood on the walls in two of the rooms and the blow dryer didn't work. The fan in the bathroom sounded like a broken jet plane and couldn't be used. We were approached just outside our room by some sketchy people in a car trying to sell discount feminine hygiene products. During the night, a group of men came by and emptied out the dumpster bags leaving trash everywhere, it was terrifying.

Pros:

You should not even list this as a place to stay. we cancel and had to find another place! shame on this website for having it as a place for families to go. I’m not from New Orleans and I didn’t know any better.
