Terrible Experience
Pros:

Hotel is being remodeled, so the rooms are ok. However, service is terrible. There is a paper sign that states you have to request room cleaning before 8am. So, my second night I let the front desk know I wanted my room cleaned the next morning and saw it being written on a clip board. The next day, I got back to my room at 2pm expecting it to be cleaned. Nothing had been done. Guy at the front desk said sorry but housekeeping left for the day and they must have “forgotten” to clean my room. Gave me a trash bag for dirty towels and gave me some new towels. Then, I wanted to do some personal laundry. So, I asked for quarters. They only had $1 in quarters. The guy at the front desk called the manager and was told that the washers & dryers are “out of order”. This is crazy! Not a good experience. This is the first time staying at a Wyndham and it will also be the last . . .

Clean Room, Good Service, Free Airport Shuttle
Pros:

As we were having some crappy Wisconsin weather, I decided to spend the night here before my flight the next day. Everyone I encountered was friendly, the room was clean, and breakfast was decent. It was great to have a show ride to the airport the next day

Poor Service by Shuttle Driver
Pros:

My stay was fine at this hotel, but my experience with the shuttle and shuttle driver was not good. First of all, I had a shuttle reservation for 9:45 am and no one showed up so at 9:55 am, I rang the desk bell for service. I told them about my shuttle reservation and the person said, do you have to go now? I said yes. He then just got in the driver seat and didn't help at all with my bag. When we got to the airport he again didn't help me with my bag. And I said thank you as I was leaving, and he didn't respond. I've never had a shuttle service that didn't help with bags or speak to me. Most are great and want to help you. I was all ready to tip the person, but I didn't because of the reasons listed above. A little kindness and not being ignored goes a long way. This is my first review ever, but I think the hotel needs to know this and encourage good customer service if they want repeat customers. Thank you.

We always stay here when flying out on vacation, both the night prior and after arrival!
Pros:

The front desk person who picked us up at the airport was exceptional. He is a great asset! I called from the plane and he met us in minutes! The rooms are always clean, bed is so, so comfortable! Best pillows, too! 😊

Cons:

The wall plug in the bathroom (308) is broken and not usable. No other complaints!!
