The property is very centrally located, but the rooms are a bit tired, especially the bathrooms.

Quarto limpo, mas eu achei as instalações meio antigas
I didn’t give 5 stars to Property Conditions item because the floor of my room (1407) has very notorious scratches. This exception, has no impact over the excellent experience I had as a guest. I definetely would stay back at this hotel!. Thank you!
Limpo e lindo. Bem localizado. Servico ta meio ruim tanto no checkin onde a funcionaria teve mais interesse em fofcar com colegas do que atender cliente, como tambem no bar que queria fechar mais cedo
Ótimo custo benefício para São Paulo. Cama maravilhosa, quarto bem espaçoso, café da manhã bom. Chuveiro muito bom e serviço de quarto rápido.
Hotel muito bom , limpeza top e café da manhã excelente
Gostamos da experiência no hotel. Porém, não gostamos da experiência no restaurante. Café da manhã com poucas opções e no jantar, demora no atendimento. O café da manhã de Alphaville, ano passado quando nos hospedamos, foi muito melhor.
Cercano a zona de oficinas. El hotel está bien. La habitación es linda, los servicios nada para destacar.
Banheiros minimos( pessimos): café da manha sofrivel,tv dificil acesso aos canais abertos.
Paguei a suite executiva mais cara do site e como sempre semdo do hoteis. Com eles lhe colocam na pior.Nao eh so esse hotel mais a maioria deles.

A estadia foi muito agradável e confortável. Os funcionários do hotel foram bastante cordiais e gentis. A estrutura é boa, porém seria interessante ajustar as torneiras do banheiro. Fora isso, o quarto estava limpo e aconchegante.
Os funcionário foram super atenciosos. O café da manhã, limpeza e organização execelente. Tiveram alguns ruidos externos, mas isso não está no controle do Hotel.
For a relatively expensive hotel, the level of cleanliness was disappointing. Almost all of the towels and sheets had stains and holes. I spilled some water, and wiped it up with a towel, and the towel came away covered in brown dirt - so they were not mopping the place effectively at all.
