According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent´s ID.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Muita coisa, mas que se resume a falta de respeito com o cliente e uma visão totalmente contrária ao que eu pensava da cultura dessa Cia.

Café da manhã maravilhoso, adorei. Foi a primeira vez que vi um serviço volatnte em café da manhá ( garçom passando com uma bandeja nas mesas, canapés de avocado com cream chese) achei fantastico.
No Domingo dia 06 de Setembro formou fila para o Café da Manha, creio que precisa ser ampliado o espaço. Hotel muito cheio o restaurante nao comporta.

Observação 01: Após fazer Check-in subi para o quarto no 21° andar, ocasião que me deparei com o quarto ocupado por pertences de terceiras pessoas, ou seja, o quarto estava ocupado, e tendo em vista que era por volta de 04:00 da madrugada fiquei assustado com receio de ter invadido a privacidade de alguém e acarretar em problemas jurídicos, na hora retornei na recepção e relatei o fato, a recepcionista lamentou e me direcionou para outro quarto no 6° andar.
Observação 02: Percebi algumas sujeiras em alguns móveis do apartamento, exemplo: Janelas do banheiro...
