מיקום מצוין, במרחק הליכה ממרכז העיר הישנה והמדרחוב. חדר מרווח, עם מתקנים מתאימים לשהייה גם של מספר ימים, ארוחת בוקר עשירה ומפנקת, וצוות אדיב ביותר, וקשוב לעזור ולסייע בכל מה שניתן. בלובי יש עמדה של 'ברוכים הבאים' עם שתיה קרה וחמה, קרקרים ועוגיות - חופשי לאורחי המלון. אכלנו גם בשעות הערב במסעדה של המלון - ארוחות טעימות ומשביעות, במחירים סבירים ביותר. יש חניה תת קרקעית בתשלום, אבל יש סידור עם המלון על תשלום מופחת - צריך לבקש זאת בקבלה. מלון מומלץ ביותר, ואם אחזור לקרלסרוהה, אבחר בו שוב.

Cons:

הניקיון בחדר יכול להיות קצת יותר מוקפד - כוסות שתיה חד פעמיות משומשות לא תמיד נזרקו לפח, אבל זה בסה"כ זניח לעומת היתרונות הבולטים של המלון.

Convenient, clean, excellent location.
Pros:

The location was excellent, close to tram and subway stations, shopping, the main train station and the zoological park. The breakfast buffet was very good, if a bit pricey. Friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

Maybe a small à la carte or continental option for people who do not eat big breakfasts?
