El desayuno buffet muy bueno. La ubicación excelente. La habitación muy cómoda. El servicio del Valet Parking del estacionamiento excelente.

Cómodo ambiente relajado.
Pros:

Ambiente agradable y relajado, personal atento en la recepción. Agua de cortesía en la habitación y en el lobby, el desayuno buffet es muy completo, la comida a la carta no tanto. Falta que mejoren en cuanto a la información turística que proveen, no supieron explicarme cómo tomar el autobús de regreso al aeropuerto.

Cons:

El menú del restaurante no es tan amplio y tiene pocas opciones de comida regional.

Descanso y cercanía al centro de la ciudad
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente y la habitación muy buena.
Hay agua fría todo el día en el lobby, ya que hay mucho calor en estos días.
Tuve una buena estancia y pude descansar bien.

Appalling customer service
Pros:

Roomnot ready at 3pm even though that was the checkin time. Eventually found us a room at 4.15pm. No apology given just told to wait. Kept saying " hotel is very busy" We weren't even offered a drink whilst waiting. Poor customer service. Unable to speak to a manager despite asking to do so.

Mal recibimiento!

Cómodo y ubicación bien!

Cons:

Al llegar la recepcionista fue grosera, prepotente, como si llegara a pedirle algo regalado! Ya tenía reservacion sin embargó dijo que no había nada a mi nombre pero no hizo por buscar o preguntar como había reservado hasta que le dije que fué por boking, también se equivoco al cobrarme los desayunos no me di cuenta, eran 3 y me dijo solo le cobre 2 son dos? Va pagar el que falta? Y yo, pues si! Fue molesto su actitud uno va a pasarla de lo mejor cueste lo que cueste pero no a recibir malos tratos!

Excelente ubicacion y el mejor servicio de alimentos y bebidas
Pros:

el hotel es hermoso, con ubicación inmejorable , muy limpio y debo resaltar antes que nada que el servicio y la atencion por parte del personal de restaurante es magnifica siempre atentos a cualquier cosa que necesita el cliente , super amables un 10 para el personal y los alimentos todo riquisimo

llegamos en la madrugada , el guardia estaba dentro sentado al parecer durmiendo nos vio llegar y nos hizo seña de que pasaramos nuestra llave para ingresar pero nosotros apenas ibamos hacer check in fue hasta después que tuvo la delicadeza de pararse para abrirnos el recepcionista salio de atras de la recepcion hacernos el check in basico y no tuvieron la atencion de ayudarnos con nuestro equipaje , mal servicio del tercer turno todo lo demas excepcional
