All in all it’s a decent place to stay as this was the 2nd year we’ve stayed at Gamma.
Pros:

The perfect central location.

Cons:

The rooms are a bit “tired’ and smelled strongly of disinfectant. I found the woman at the front desk to not be very mechanical and not a friendly face to greet guests. Your policy of no extra water bottle was disappointing.
The dining room staff was very friendly and efficient. Great a la carte breakfast.
Manuel, the bell hop was very friendly and most eager to please. The others were also very good.
I wonder why there isn’t a display in the lovely lobby of things to see and do in the city, or copies of Yucatán Today.

Me gusto y regresare pronto
Pros:

Muy buen servicio , el personal de recepción de autos y equipaje muy amables y serviciales, el personal de mostrador bien, un poco indiferentes pero amables. Limpieza y confort , servicio de limpieza de habitación muy bueno y puntual . Por otro lado la ubicación del hotel este perfecta, puede uno caminar a muchos sitios pintorescos del centro fácil y rápidamente.

Pros:

Viesnīca atrodas pilsētas centrā, ir slēgta pazemes autostavvieta. Viesnīca par papildus samaksu, aptuveni 15 eiro, piejamas labas brokastis. Ar uzkopšanu problēmu nebija.

Cons:

Viesnīca ir stipri nolietota, gan fiziski gan atpalikusi tehnoloģijās. Mēs dzivojam 9. stavā. Viesnīcai nav atverami logi, līdz ar to iekšā ir pelējuma smaka un mitrums. Ventilācija un kondicionieris strādā skaļi. Nebija ledusskapja. Bildēs izskatās labāk kā īstenībā.

Estancia cómoda y confortable.
Pros:

El tamaño de la habitación excelente, confortable y limpia. Las bolitas de quesos supremas.

Cons:

La calidad de la cocina ha bajado. En servicio a la habitación solo hay dos opciones de cena. En otras ocasiones la cocina era mejor.

Its a very suitable option in Merida´s downtown, but noisy at night
Pros:

Location is perfect, is a two-minutes walk from downtown.

Cons:

It was noisy at nights, you could hear the noise of a party in the street and was difficult to sleep

Espectacular, Agradable, Increíble
Pros:

Las instalaciones, decoración, camas, limpieza, ubicación, la calidad de atención de Recepción y Camaristas estuvieron espectaculares. La habitación era enorme, limpia, y muy bonita. Les recomiendo escuchar mis temas en Youtube, Spotify, Apple Music, lo pueden buscar como SCREIP LOW FT JAKE 88 - Viva La Familia

Es muy céntrico pero sin ruido, se va caminando a todos lados, cerca de comercios y restaurantes, habitaciones limpias, camas cómodas y almohadas suaves, la piscina grande y limpia, te ayudan en todo lo que necesites

Nice hotel just didn’t get a good night sleep due to the music in the square

Everything was good. The room was spacious and that’s comfortable.

Cons:

Very noisy due to celebrations in the square every night we were there. Very noisy until after one in the morning.
