If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

Mala experiencia con el trato del personal del hotel

El lugar es cómodo el desayuno muy bueno súper limpio

Cons:

El personal del hotel, especialmente los recepcionistas, fue muy descortés durante nuestra estadía. Siempre parecían de mal humor y en una ocasión incluso nos gritaron porque recibimos visitas en la entrada.
Además, tuvimos una situación incómoda cuando preguntamos si podíamos usar el baño. Debido al idioma no entendimos bien la respuesta y, en lugar de ayudarnos, fuimos tratados de muy mala manera por un señor mayor de la recepción.
La actitud del personal fue poco amable y nada profesional, lo que hizo que la experiencia en el hotel fuera desagradable.

Pros:

El trato del personal es muy bueno. El hotel cuenta con todo lo que ofrece con respecto a instalaciones. El desayuno buffet muy bueno y variado.

Cons:

El Internet es intermitente, funciona más en la recepción qué en la habitación. Si mejorarán esto estaría 10/10

I didnt choice once more.
Pros:

The location is good. Appr. 5-8min to the beach. The lifts are fast, no waiting time, always available. The room was quiet, big and the shower as well. Plenty of warm water with good pressure. You can open the windows what is a big advantage. The reception and breakfast stuff are polite, attentive, helpful. Breakfast normal, not bad. The best was the bed, it was very comfortable but the sheets was bloody.

Cons:

This Hotel is very far to 4 stars!! Not even for Brasilian standard! The entire hotel is dirty! Everything sticks! Even, it could be a very good hotel! But at first must be the rooms renovated and the whole hotel cleaned!
