Da localização, funcionários prestativos, principalmente do restaurante no café da manhã.

Cons:

Hotel razoável, tive vários problemas em relação a manutenção. Tampa da descarga cai toda hora, ar condicionado pingava, luz do primeiro quarto ficava piscando, a tv não funcionou no primeiro quarto que eu fiquei, parecia que estava pedindo um favor para mudar de quarto.

Excelente custo benefício
Pros:

Hotel bem localizado, próximo à praia, shopping Rio Sul e tem vários restaurantes próximos tbm. Café da manhã tbm muito bom, quarto limpo e espaçoso. O atendente Daniel foi excepcional, me atendeu muito bem e foi muito prestativo, deu várias dicas tbm !

5 star staff and great location .
Pros:

Brilliant location 5 minutes walk from Copacabana beach situated in the heart of Christ and Sugarloaf Mountain. Rooms are basic but clean they have everything needed to use as a base because there is so much to do in the surrounding area we was barely indoors anyway. The noise level is fine and we had no problem sleeping at night.
The pool is small but on the few occasions we used it we had it to ourselves so felt very private. It's on the roof top which also gives you a fantastic view and also able to see the birds of pray which was a nice bonus.
The gym has all that is needed to keep fitness up whilst away it was cool and clean.
The lobby is a nice area to relax before and after trips in/out it gives a nice friendly welcoming atmosphere the staff on duty were always happy to help and the bellboys were a very cute extra I felt like I was in a movie!
The breakfast was a great range from fruits, toast, cakes, eggs and various juices. Staff every morning were excellent greeting us like royalty and very helpful. Chef did a great job and it was real value for money staying here.
