Нужен ремонт и современная отделка, разнообразное меню на завтрак.

Отличное расположение, недалеко от туристического центра, просторный номер, рядом парк, удобная транспортная доступность, нормальный завтрак

Cons:

В номерах грязновато, ремонт в номерах устаревший. Но по отношению цена-качество - приемлемо.

Pros:

Прежде всего, хочу отметить персонал отеля. Прекрасны все — от сотрудников ресепшена и портье Георгия, до горничных и работников ресторана, где накрывают завтрак. Отличное расположение отеля — до всего, что нужно увидеть в Ереване можно дойти пешком, рядом рестораны, кафе и магазины. До площади Республики буквально 7 минут прогулочным шагом. В номере были чайник и чашки. Достаточно удобная постель.

Cons:

Не минусы, а просто констатация. Отель не претендует на люксовость и фешенебельность, это, в принципе видно из описания и фото. Цена соответствует качеству, а с учётом расположения всё вообще идеально.

Если хочется посмотреть, как с комфортом жили командировочные во времена СССР - вам сюда.
Pros:

Отличное расположение отеля в самом центре города с видом на парк. Номер был на высоком этаже, поэтому из окон открывался прекрасный вид. Приличный завтрак, неидеальный, но приличный.

Cons:

Это здание старой советской гостиницы со всем наследием этого. Узкие коридоры на этаже. В номере стоит телефон, но как позвонить на ресепшн - непонятно, потому что нигде нет его номера. Интернет отваливается и подключается через раз. Опять же пароль от WiFi есть только на ресепшн на первом этаже. Телевизор, возможно, работает, но не справился его запустить... а спускаться на ресепшн за инструкцией уже не захотелось.
Крышка бачка унитаза расколота, а потом просто склеена герметиком... я такое видел первый раз в жизни! Не взял с собой гигиенических принадлежностей и тапочек, потому что рассчитывал на то, что они будут в отеле, но... ничего, кроме пакетика с шампунем. Даже мыло пришлось покупать.
Верхнего света в номере нет: либо лампочка во входной зоне, либо лампы на прикроватных тумбах... опять же без возможности выключить их централизовано от входа.

The breakfast its so poor, you don’t have variety of things and what they put its not with a good quality.
If you are a worker of an international hotel, you must to speak english.
