Pros:

Personál na recepcii ústretový. Pani upratovačka veľmi milá a komunikatívna. A dámy v kuchyni, ktoré pripravovali raňajky si svoju prácu robili vynikajúco.

Cons:

Veľmi silný hluk z ulice a aj v noci.

A wonderfull stay that can be promoted to the best.
Pros:

The location was great _ breakfast was very good and I found my stay at Shirak Hotel a pleasant experience

Cons:

I believe that if the receptions try to speak English with standard accents near to American or even British accents, it can help us better understand. I did not understand what the reception said one time and I said I did not understand due to her accent but I felt that she took it personally and repeated the answer in a mean way.

A comfortable hotel in a good location. Very friendly staff!
Pros:

A nice and comfortable, although a little worn-out hotel in a good location in Yerevan. Very friendly and helpful staff, reasonable breakfast, well functioning elevators. Clean room and a good bed. Good value for money.

Cons:

Plugholes for electricity were partly in awkward places. For instance, one of the night lamps was not really usable since you could not plug it in. Staying alone, that was not really a issue for me, though. The only place for work was a small round table near the window but it was placed in an elevated area, creating a (once materialised) risk of falling over when leaving the table.

В отеле нам понравился только персонал по уборке , очень милые и приятные женщины .

Cons:

В отеле Shirak, мы были очень разочарованы порсоналом на рецепшене, очень грубые и высокомерные женщины. Мои просьбы даже элементарное вызвать такси нам отказывали ещё и хамили , якобы они этим не занимаются ( что встречается мне впервые). Услуга стирка белья тоже мне была не понятна ( она как бы есть но не предоставляется). Зона завтрака вообще отдельная история , персонал очень высокомерный , достаточно грубый что делает нахождение там очень не приятным . Из положительного только местоположение и чистота номеров . В целом я бы поставила этому отелю 3/10 ( только за чистоту в номерах)

Местоположение отеля очень удобное. Можно оставить чемоданы до и после проживания - за это большое спасибо!

Cons:

Данное проживание забронировала в том числе из-за информации о наличии балкона с видом на Арарат. Ни балкона ни вида. Окно смотрит фактически в стены.
На завтраке нет фруктов (даже лимона к чаю) и выпечки совсем. Кофе растворимый, чай одного вида в пакетиках.
Постельное бельё и штора в ванной требуют замены. В целом отель хороший, но эти минусы понижают его рейтинг. Дорого для такого сервиса.

Єреван - любов з першого погляду!
Pros:

Зручне розташування готелю: все поруч, вид з вікна на Арарат! Готель гарний, персонал привітний, номери чисті, пішли на зустріч, раннє заселення зробили!👍

Este situat excelent, se poate vedea celebrul munte în toată splendoarea. Oamenii au renovat atât cât a fost nevoie.

Cons:

Mic dejun cam slăbuț.
Era bun un prosop de picioare în baie și un dispenser pt săpun.
Un singur canal TV. Nu, că trebuia să mă duc în excursie ca să urmăresc emisiuni tv, dar seara mai arunci un ochi!
