Moc milý personál na recepci.
Pokoj ve vyšším patře - s výhledem na Ararat.

Cons:

Proleželé matrace.
Jednotvárná snídaně.
Celkově vybavení pokoje i hotelu už zažilo lepší časy.

Отличное расположение для знакомства с Ереваном.
Pros:

Прежде всего, очень удачное расположение — отель находится совсем рядом с площадью Республики, в самом центре Еревана. Номер был чистым и удобным. В номере есть электрический чайник, что очень удобно. В пешей доступности много ресторанов и кафе: чистые, с очень вкусной едой и при этом с вполне доступными ценами.

Cons:

Хотелось бы более внимательного и доброжелательного отношения к гостям на ресепшене.

Location, breakfast

Cons:

The room is not clean, there is a leakage in the sink and drainage issue in the shower. Lighting is not satisfying, strange cracking sounds frequently come from the roof of the bathroom. Nothing is provided ( teabag, coffee or even water) as a guest welcoming, while this kind of hospitality is very common in the hotels. and price is too much for accommodation like that.

Locatie was goed te doen richting de square

Cons:

Kamers vies, geen schoonmaak, zelf elke keer om handdoeken wc papier vragen, ontbijt was waardeloos

Eerste nacht kwamen we erachter dat onze bedden vol met bedwantsen lag. Matrassen erg vies, gele vlekken. Badkamer wastafel vol van vieze haren!

Очень понравилось. Хорошо выспалась с дороги, быстро дошла до основных достопримечательностей. Спасибо за теплоту встреч

Добрый день, очень удобное расположение гостиницы, в центре города- просто супер. Пешком дошла до Каскада, площади Республики, рядом все есть - и магазинчики и кафе и парк. На ресепшене встретила очень доброжелательная женщина, было приятно. Номер хороший на 11 этаже, особенно понравился вечерний вид из окон, окна большие в пол. Номер чистый, хорошая душевая зона, я с самолета очень устала, так что приняла душ и в постель - постель тоже приятная, белая, хорошая приятная ткань с запахом свежести. В номере кондиционер, работал тихо, быстро охладил.

Cons:

В номере не было карточки с кодом вайфай, поэтому пришлось спускаться на ресепшен. И воды в бутылочках не было. Но это все мелочи. В целом, все очень понравилось. Расположение правда супер.

Хорошее месторасположение, близко к центру

Cons:

Полотенца в номере были грязные, дверь в номер еще советская, еле разобрались как ее закрывать, слышимость ужасная, было слышно просто все. В душе нет геля, есть только шампунь, которую невозможно открыть без ножниц. Элементарно нет воды
