Pros:

It’s central location and breakfast

Cons:

There is no water ,tea and coffee in the room and they are not changing the bedsheets on daily basis.they took 4 days to change the bad sheets.no locker available but breakfast was good

Economical and Comfortable Stay in Shirak Hotel
Pros:

Decent breakfast, can be improve. We really love the location as its close to everything and we love the view from our room. Staff is very polite and the hotel is very clean. Hope they can add some slippers and dental kit for guests.

Осталась очень довольна.
Pros:

Удобства в номере, завтраки - отлично.
Расположение отеля просто наилучшее.
Парк, сквер с кафэшками, фонтанами, рестораны, Площадь Республики... - всё в трёх минутах ходьбы.

Все было на высшем уровне.
Pros:

Понравилось все. И шикарное месторасположение, и персонал, начиная от девушек на решепшене и заканчивая горничными. Чисто, уютно. А вид из окна 11 этажа это просто нечто. Очень вкусная еда. При следующей поездке в Ереване будем останавливаться только здесь!!!!

This hotel was listed as a 4 star hotel on Booking.com, but in my opinion, it was a very low standard hotel. The service was terrible, the airport taxi didn't come, the hotel didn't have the most basic amenities like an electric kettle, slippers, and WiFi. I had to buy an electric kettle for six days and I would never recommend this hotel.

Pros:

Останавливаемся в этом отеле в 3й раз. Отличное расположение. Рядом центр, фудкорт, магазины, рестораны. Номер был просторный. В номере есть чайник с чашками.

Нет раннего заселения, приходится ждать. В номере нет обычного стола, только низкий журнальный столик. Есть и работать крайне не удобно. Два дня из трех не работал вайфай,
