Shirak Hotel

Unfortunately, I didn’t like many things. 1. The room’s entrance door cannot be locked without slamming it, so everyone constantly slams doors. 2. Soundproofing is very poor—it’s as if the walls are made of paper; even quiet bodily sounds from people in the neighboring room can be heard in the middle of the night, not to mention loud ones! 3. The ventilation system works in such a way that if someone smokes in one of the neighboring rooms, all the smoke ends up in your room. Although smoking is prohibited in the hotel, the staff does not address this when guests violate the hotel rules, and non-smokers are the ones who suffer. 4. Cockroaches were seen on the floor in the hall where breakfast is served. 5. Breakfast is varied, but basic items are missing, for example real bean coffee or lemon for tea. Also, most dishes that should be hot at breakfast are always cold (even if you come very early, in the first hour after breakfast opens). A very large number of dishes contain mayonnaise (but not everyone likes it). 6. If the room windows face the street, traffic noise from outside can be heard with the windows closed just as much as with them open. 7. During a week’s stay, the bed linen was never changed (only the towels). 8. During a week’s stay, I didn’t manage to get a good night’s sleep even once, because of the poor soundproofing and neighbors in other rooms smoking in the middle of the night. It’s very tiring and upsetting—especially given the price of the stay.

Room service not on time

В отеле давно не делался ремонт: мебель старая и местами изношена, стены и санузел требуют обновления, но за такие деньги при нынешних ценах в Ереване можно не придираться.

Все! Отель морально устаревший и нуждается в ремонте.
В комнатах просто ужасно. Чтобы вы понимали телевизоры НЕ РАБОТАЮТ. вы где-то такое встречали?
В комнате так шумно, как будто бы ты находишься на улице. Выспаться не получится!
Скорость интернета низкое
Плюсов нет! Ни одного!
А еще в комнате темно))) старые лампы , в общем жуть!

Провести порядок в талете,напор воды на 13 этеже никакой.

The staff was not welcoming and ignored some of my questions

The mattresses kept sliding apart while we were sleeping. There were no bathrobes in the room, nor were there any cups for drinking coffee. There was no coffee or tea provided either. We could also clearly hear everything happening in the neighbouring room.We could even hear the noise of someone putting things into a cupboard in the neighbouring room.
