The breakfast was terrible. The breakfast was awful.

Unfortunately, our stay did not meet our expectations. The room was not as clean as we had hoped, and the overall service could have been much better. We also experienced delays with staff assistance. We hope the hotel will improve these issues for future guests

Pros:

Отличный отель с прекрасным персоналом. Останавливаюсь второй раз. В этот раз мне предоставили двухместный люкс вместо обычного одноместного. Я очень была Рада! Отличная клиентоориентированность! Все было даже лучше,чем я могла подумать.

Ничего. Все было отлично.

L'hotel è pulito e in zona molto centrale.

Gli infissi non sono insonorizzati bene, quindi si sente il traffico. Il segnale wifi è molto debole.

又好又不好
Pros:

是一家有年代感的酒店，地理位置好，离共和广场走路几分钟。早餐特别棒，品种丰富，具有地方特色，就餐环境好。

Cons:

我订的20平方的房间，结果分给我一间带下水道气味的913号房间，通过沟通给我七楼房间，进去时洗手间马桶还没有洗干净，也没有毛巾。房间临马路很吵，但是可以从窗户看到亚拉拉特雪山。
我们另一间房下午三点多入住时，还没有打扫好，只好放下行李出去逛，很疲劳。

Отличный отель в сердце Еревана
Pros:

Много раз проживал в Шираке и однозначно ещё вернусь.
Удивляет стабильность отеля. Сервис и удобства постоянно развиваются, номерной фонд обновляется, и удивительно, что персонал всё тот же, что и несколько лет назад. Всех практически знаю поимённо и приятно, когда сотрудники отеля узнают своего постоянного гостя, даже вспоминая некоторые детали.
Вид из номера был сказочный, с погодой повезло, Арарат как на открытке...
Одним словом, отель с традициями и добрым отношением.
А локация - лучше не придумаешь!

Pros:

地理位置优越，如果不是开始给我一个又小味道又大的房间，我对这家酒店评价会不错，但是入住时不知为什么给我一间下水道味道很大的小房间，913很小，我查了一下我的订单是20平方的房间，我们经过争取，分给我710，这间房靠马路，非常吵，马桶还会不时发出吱吱吱声

希望能到时入住，入住时房间内已经打扫完毕，而不是看到卫生间和床铺都还没有打扫好。

Pros:

I really enjoyed my 10-day stay at Shirak Hotel. The location was excellent—taxis could drop me off right at the entrance, making it very convenient. My room on the 11th floor had an amazing panoramic view, especially of Mount Ararat, which I loved waking up to every morning.
The staff were very friendly and kind, and they made my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent, and I looked forward to it each day. The room was a comfortable size for one person. It had two separate beds, but I would have preferred one large bed instead.
Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would happily choose this hotel again on my next visit to Yerevan.

Cons:

The only minor issues were that the floor in the room could have been cleaned more thoroughly, and the TV internet connection was sometimes slow.

Great location, great value
Pros:

Great location, big room, clean, excellent value for money. Short walk from the city centre. Breakfast was simple but ok.

Cons:

No tv signal, but that was not a big issue, internet a bit slow but one again excellent value for money.
