The location is perfect for work
The desk personnel is helpful and patient
The bathroom is extremely small
The room is very noisy, this is mostly due to the noise of toilet flushing from other rooms and to the noise of the air conditioning system
The house keeping service is severely lacking.
The breakfast choices are very limited with zero variation during the week. Cooked breakfast food is very, very greasy.

Location very good, metro and train station was near. Breakfast was awesome, good selection of juices, pastrys etc. Good and big beds. A couple of grocery stores and fast food places were nearby.
Room was quite small if there is something "negative" to say about hotel, but that didn't bother us either

O local é bom por estar próximo à estação de trem, mas por isso também não é especialmente bonito.
The location is at the exit of Rogier station so it's very convenient. Across the road there are restaurants and shops, which is convenient. The gym is very well equipped.
Staff service is a bit lacking - we were given a room with malfunctioning air cond, and rather than pro actively helping, they ask us to wait 1 hour instead. Also, during breakfast, the counter staff was always missing so the guests and us are always stuck waiting to be admitted for breakfast. The WiFi is a bit slow which makes working difficult.
