Pros:

Hola, la habitación muy bien, personal atento. La ubicación más que buena. Cerca de la estación de tren y metro, del centro y zona comercial. Desayuno más que bien. Precio/calidad, recomendable, sin dudarlo.

Pros:

tutto stupendo! POSIZIONE PERFETTA, holet super ben curato, palestra h24 sauna fino alle 22 GRATIS tutto veramente perfetto, anche la ragazza alla reception parlava italiano quindi non ho nulla da rimproverare...ah e la fontanella dell acqua su ogni piano vicino agli ascensori.. una chicca in una citta dove l acqua da 0.5 costa 7€

Good Value for Money.
Pros:

Very special interior design inspired by the nearby botanic garden. Staff are so friendly. Excellent location beside Rogier Station and Gare Du Noord.

Cons:

Good value for money, can t think of any defects.

De verhouding tussen prijs en kwaliteit is niet realistisch.
Pros:

Locatie van het hotel was goed voor het doel dat ik er was.

Cons:

Temperatuur op de kamer was onaangenaam. Ondanks de thermostaat op 18 graden stond, was het bloedheet. Het raam koon nauwelijks open waardoor er geen frisse lucht naar binnen kwam. De vloer was niet schoon.

Highly recommend to stay in this hotel for the beautiful room and amenities and friendly staff.

1. Such a beautiful hotel, the room is beautiful. Highly recommended place to stay
2. Walking distance from station to go to Bruges
3. Staff is soo friendly and helpful. The ladies were soo nice . I hope the 2 girls get a salary hike and are retained .

Hotel muy bien ubicado
Pros:

El hotel está muy bien ubicado. Puedes ir andando al centro y además tiene el metro en la puerta y la estación del Norte a 5 min, que te lleva directamente a Brujas, Gante y al aeropuerto.
El desayuno está fenomenal, muy variado y con buenos productos.
La habitación familiar es bastante grande. Para cuatro personas está muy bien.
En general el hotel nos ha gustado.

Cons:

La habitación daba a la calle y se oía bastante ruido de las ambulancias, policías etc. por la noche.
Lo peor del hotel es que no limpian la habitación a menos que lo solicites, con la excusa de que es por cuidar el medio ambiente. Eso se entiende en el caso de limpieza de toallas por ejemplo, pero no en barrer, hacer las camas o limpiar el baño. Este aspecto es lo peor del hotel.
