Confortabil si placut
Pros:

Amplasarea hotelului aproape de mijloacele de transport si chiar de centru, patul foarte confortabil, produsele cosmetice de calitate, faptul ca se facea curat in camera in fiecare zi, existenta apei plate/carbogazeificate pe hol la chiuveta aurie, produsele de la micul dejun si aspectul salonului de mic dejun.

Cons:

Fotografiile camerelor de pe booking nu corespund cu realitatea , zgomotul din exterior de la tren in anumite camere, lipsa papucilor si halatelor de baie, tariful de cazare destul de mare.

Pros:

La camera era spaziosa, con la finestra affacciata sulla piazza della stazione metro, abbastanza silenziosa. Buona illuminazione. Credo di avere avuto un upgrade non richiesto ( mi hanno dato una camera con divano), che durante la prenotazione non avevo scelto perché non mi piaceva. Penso che l'abbiano fatto perché avevo bisogno di un frigo funzionante in camera per le medicine e, se l'upgrade è stato fatto per questo il motivo, vi ringrazio. In bagno c'erano distributori di sapone e crema corpo. La posizione è comoda perché la stazione della metro, per andare ovunque, è proprio lì davanti, ma se si vuole andare in centro a piedi la passeggiata è un pò lunga, una mezz'ora circa.

Cons:

Ho trovato la pulizia della camera scarsa. Dentro il letto ho trovato dei capelli e/o peli. Le tende erano piene di macchie (a me hanno fatto veramente schifo). Anche la moquette non sembrava molto pulita e il divano era vecchio. Nell'insieme la stanza era usurata e avrebbe avuto bisogno di una bella rinfrescata. Premetto che qualche mese fa ho soggiornato in un Indigo hotel a Torino che era molto diverso e sono rimasta molto delusa di non ritrovare lo stesso ambiente accogliente e pulito. Bagno piccolo con vasca e wc in un'altra stanza, senza piani di appoggio, solo uno sgabello. Per quanto riguarda la posizione, la zona non mi è piaciuta, oltre a essere lontana dal centro è troppo vicina alla stazione metro e alla stazione Bruxelles nord. Se fossi stata sola avrei evitato di tornare tardi la sera. Contatti con il personale praticamente nulli: si fa il check-in da soli, idem il checkout. Nessun saluto quando si transita in zona reception. Una mattina, prima delle 7, è suonato l'allarme antincendio e una voce registrata ci ha invitato a lasciare la stanza e a seguire le istruzioni del personale. Siamo usciti ma nel corridoio non c'era nessuno del personale, solo noi clienti. Siamo arrivati alla reception e lì nessuno è venuto a dirci cosa dovevamo fare o che stava succedendo. Siamo andati noi clienti a chiedere alla signora della reception cosa stava succedendo e lei, con noncuranza, quasi scocciata, ci ha detto una cosa palesemente falsa sul perché era suonato l'allarme (un signore che aveva fatto una doccia troppo calda!?), forse per non dirci che il loro sistema è difettoso, invitatandoci a tornare in camera, cosa che abbiamo tentato di fare, senonché le porte tagliafuoco si erano chiuse e nessuno del personale veniva ad aprirle. Alla fine abbiamo dovuto aprirle da soli.
