Pleasant and disappointing at this same time

Great location

Cons:

We came with our dog and pet fee was $80!but this will be acceptable if they will inform us ,before we paid,that when you stay with a puppy you will have main floor rooms.We booked this hotel because of canal view paying extra for ocean view and we still hade one but not like we wish on 2nd ot higher floor where view of canal it’s not blocked by trees .If we knew if was like that we will choose other hotel in area.The fact that lady at reception informed me about after I’ve pause it’s not okay.So just be aware of it if you coming with pet you will be staying on main floor.Another think that should not happen in 5 stars hotel …make shower at 11pm ,no hot water

Bon prix, bon service.
Pros:

Proche de tout, surtout le causeway amador et le canal. Tres bonne climatisation, piscine bien agréable et propre. Check in rapide, service a l’accueil bien aimable. Petit snack bar pres du lobby est un bin depanneur pour grignoter.

Cons:

Le petit dejeuner est trop cher meme si c’est un buffet. Si non inclu avec la chambre ( 16$ US/ pers).
Nous etions dans la chambre 1344 est les lits etaient tres mou avec une petite odeur de moisissures.

Pros:

El personal del hotel es muy amable. La habitación esta bien. La zona de la piscina es pequeña pero agradable, y TGI FRIDAYS dentro del hotel complementa bien.

Cons:

El desayuno no es muy bueno, además es limitado

Maravillosa, me gusta caminar por el parque lineal

Desayuno esta bien, solo que a mi me hacen falta mas las arepas jajaja

No pasa nada con el Radisson Panamá Canal

La ubicación

Cons:

El hotel está deteriorado, la tina del baño estaba rota, me dejaron sin toallas 2 días, no funcionaba el teléfono interno, solicité a la recepción la solución de los problemas sin embargo nada.
Me ayudó una señora que hace la limpieza de habitaciones, me dió toallas limpias por la noche.
El baño de recepción de varones estaban con los urinarios atorados.

My stay was awesome
Pros:

The breakfast each morning was always great.
Could of had a better view with my room, but I did'nt spend much time in it.
The room was always tidy and neat after I returned from my day of shopping or tours.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was the noise from the construction happening accross the street.
Other than that, there was nothing I did not like, the staff was amazing, the food at TGI Friday was great.
