La fachada , la ubicación excelente y el aire acondicionado . Radisson el gatito de la puerta
En principio la atención de algunos concierge fue excelente pero una noche nos atendieron bastante mal x teléfono. No anduvo el wifi en la estadía y tuvimos que cargar roaming para poder trabajar , la pileta estaba en mantenimiento, el desayuno no tenía ni un nombre y todo desordenado . Esperábamos algo mejor por el precio pagado. No pasaron a limpiar la habitación no reponer papel ni hacer las camas. Esperábamos mejores vistas y tanto dela habitación como de afuera ni se apreciaba el canal.
O Espaço é muito bom, com piscina, que não consegui aproveitar, e uma cama boa e confortável. Banheiro era grande e a ducha também muito boa. O TGIF anexo facilita muito jantar quando chegava cansado.
Wifi! É muito ruim naquele quarto que ficamos, no 1344. Café da manhã é diferente do nosso, senti falta de geléias e manteiga melhores. No restaurante o pessoal era um pouco mais simpático.
El desayuno excelente, el trato, la atención, la piscina muy bien conservada.
No me dieron vista al mar, pero para otra oportunidad espero que si tengamos ese privilegio.
Location
Great for our one night stay, late arrival on our way to Gamboa. Right by the America’s Bridge by the side of the canal with great views. Quiet situation out of town with swimming pool. Staff friendly and helpful.
Felt very tired and quite empty. Neighbourhood seemed ok but nothing much nearby. Breakfast was very basic with little choice but some hot food. Bed springs creaked badly on one bed just sitting on it and mattresses hard. Some black mould between tiles in bathroom. No plugs.
Friendly staff and great facilities although the pool was out for maintenance on one of the days.

The hotel is located right next to the Panama Canal. One can watch the ships from the balcony. Awesome. Staff are very helpful and friendly. We were attending a conference at the convention centre which was just minutes away.
The hotel is a bit dated. Our neighbours in the next room used their spa bath at past midnight which sounded like a jet taking off from our room, waking us up. The coffee shop only opened at 9:00AM so no decent coffee available before then. Breakfast was passable but meh. But .... did I mention the hotel is RIGHT NEXT TO THE CANAL?
