Excellent location with welcoming staff and comfortable beds.
Pros:

The Hotel is very well located for the restaurants around Plaza de Flores and the Cathedral. Our rooms were spacious and comfortable. Staff excellent.

Cons:

The breakfast was not good, poor quality.

Great location and perfect for a short break

How old it fell and I had requested a double bed on Bookings.com but it was not received so ended up with two single beds! The electric box in the room was noisy so had to turn the electric off at night… other side nice hotel and nice breakfast and good staff.

Accoglienza inesistente al check in, anche solo telefonicamente, considerato che non si riusciva a far funzionare l'app da installare al momento davanti la porta. Assistenza saltuaria anche dopo.

La ubicación excelente en el centro de la ciudad , puedes ir andando a todos los lugares, el personal del hotel muy amable y agradable, las habitacione muy bien amplias , limpias todo perfecto

Estupenda estancia en el hotel RH Murcia.
Pros:

Estupenda estancia en este hotel, la ubicación es genial para recorrer todo el centro. A unos pasos de la Plaza de las Flores y de la Catedral y también a 4 minutos de la zona del Mercado de abastos de las Verónicas, jardines con flores y Río Segura. El Casino antiguo es excepcional, merece la pena visitarlo al igual que la Catedral.
El desayuno del hotel es correcto, con variedad de frutas y lácteos, zona de fiambres variados y comida caliente, mermeladas , dulces variados zumos y cafés.
Habitación espaciosa y baño muy grande, limpieza impecable y camas muy cómodas y minibar en la habitación . Aceptaron nuestra sugerencia de habitación en planta alta y vista exterior a la Iglesia de San Pedro y a la plaza de las flores.

Cons:

Podrían poner en la habitación 1 botella de agua, es algo que se agradece bastante, por lo demás nos gustó todo. Recepcionistas muy amables ante cualquier consulta.

Las habitaciones que dan al exterior son muy ruidosas por la noche. El ruido de las personas que pasan se oye mucho. Consejos poner ventanas que aislen el ruido.

Emplacement près de tout, chambre propre, personnel à l'écoute.
Chambre un peu étroite, mais nous sommes en Europe.

Cons:

A la remise de la carte, il est indiqué petit déjeuner de 7 à 10 heures, toutefois, il devrait être mentionné que le samedi et dimanche le petit déjeuner est de 8 à 10
Samedi nous devions prendre le bus tôt et nous nous sommes presentés à 7h00 pour apprendre que le petit déjeuner les fins de semaines débutent à 8h00. Nous avons pris le petit déjeuner à la station d'autobus.
