La ubicación es perfecta para no coger el coche y recorrer todo el centro.

Hotel ubicado para poder desplazarte a pie por las principales zonas de Murcia. El aparcamiento en el parking de Verónicas es muy cómodo y sale a buen precio al día. Es fácil para salir de la ciudad. Está a pocos metros de bares, restaurantes, supermercados, etc. Cuando visitamos Murcia este hotel es una de nuestras principales opciones.
El primer día el aparcamiento estaba completo, pero y nos tocó aparcar en zona azul, pero después de unas horas ya pudimos dejar el coche en el parking.

Personnel très aimable, souriant et serviable.
La chambre est impeccable, propre et confortable. Petit plus très apprécié : le petit frigo.
Le petit déjeuner buffet était délicieux et copieux.

El colchón un poco incómodo. Se oía el ruido de una máquina durante la noche . Pero vamos nada malo.

El hotel, aun figurando como de tres estrellas, tiene un nivel como de cuatro. El personal de recepción fue muy amable. Además, atendieron a mi solicitud previa de disponer de la habitación un poco antes de la hora prevista.
En la puerta del hotel no se puede parar con coche (ni en las cercanías). Sabía que existía un parking conveniado con el hotel, y llamé por teléfono para saber cuál era, y si me podía ir directamente al parking. Pero aun llamando al número del hotel de Murcia la llamada se recibía en la central de reservas y, cuando querían pasarme con el hotel no resultaba posible en ese momento. Afortunadamente encontré un parking público callejeando y dejé el coche allí, a un precio inferior al que figuraba anunciado en la publicidad del hotel.
