Updated rooms. Comfortable! Loud of things to do at the resort!

Cons:

I didn’t like that the rec and activities center closed at 8pm. Should be a little later.

Only one problem was we were tired from a 7 hour drive arriving at 4 and our room was not ready and had to wait 2 hours.
Pros:

Very nice, clean ,quite and comfortable bed!

Pros:

Rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. This is more of vacation property than a hotel, but there was no timeshare harassment. The rooms have kitchenette and washer and dryer and space to eat. There are amenities / activities on site, but we didn't have time to enjoy them. No breakfast is provided. The property is well outside the main town. So you will need to drive to visit the town. It doesn't take long. There was major street construction in Pagosa Springs while we were visiting. Looks like it will take a long time. So staying outside the town is a better option right now.

Great place to stay in a fabulous vacation spot.
Pros:

We have stayed at Club Wyndham in Pagosa Springs during different seasons over the years. We have always enjoyed the resort and especially the town of Pagosa Springs, plus the surrounding area. It doesn't take long before you feel like and are treated like a local. There are numerous small/local shops and eateries to enjoy. A highly recommend vacation destination.

Great value for low season anyway. Quite a massive.time share.development.

Cons:

The check in and check out times suck. 4pm and 10am. Want a late check out at 11am, $35. Noon? $95. Doesnt make a lot of sense to pick a place.like tbat for an overnight stay.
