Pros:

The pool was used 5 out of 6 days. It was close to bunches of attractions. Went to Albuquerque one day.

Pros:

La chambre-suite que nous avions était assez grande avec un coin salon et un coin cuisine dans une pièce à part.
Grande chambre avec placard et commode.
Parking gratuit autour des bâtiments.
Café, thés et tisanes dans la chambre et en libre-service dans le lobby.
Bouteilles d’eau de 500 ml à volonté sur demande au lobby.
Salle de sport et petite piscine chauffée.
A 10 mn à pied du centre ville et bâtiments historiques.
Près d’un centre commercial avec restaurants et supermarché de nourriture.

Cons:

Les oreillers sont trop hauts et trop durs.
Le jet de douche dans la baignoire est confidentiel.
Les serviettes pour la douche sont trop petites.

Thanks for a comfortable 7-day stay in Santa Fe!
Pros:

All members of the staff were friendly and helpful. We loved the whirlpool at building 2. It was nicely maintained. Rooms nice and well appointed.

Cons:

No vending machines or hotel shop for beverage purchases during stay. Had to request enough coffee filters for entire stay. Other rooms have stainless carafe coffeemaker which is preferred over glass. Recycling does not appear to be a priority ☹️

Wonderful place to stay
Pros:

A lovely place within walking distance of the plaza. Rooms are very comfortable and well equipped with all the kitchen items you need. This is our usual place to stay when in Santa Fe.

Comfortable Stay, Large Rooms, Friendly Staff & Excellent Location to National Cemetery and Downtown
Pros:

The staff here were so friendly and genuinely seemed to enjoy the work they do. From check in to check out, they were excellent and stayed on top of our requests. Everything was so easy, our rooms were clean, and requests for additional towels or other small things were responded to promptly. Honestly, it was a pleasant surprise in a time where true customer service is a rarity. 10/10 for staff.

Cons:

Everything was great! There's not anything we'd recommend changing - except maybe the brand of toilet paper and paper towels. They were a bit thin, but I understand it's the norm in these styles of accommodations and we were just happy they were provided.

I loved my stay & trip to SF. I definitely plan on returning & staying here. Clean safe has it all
Pros:

Loved the outdoor hot tub. Beautiful lobby. Not far from the airport. Walkable to town. (10 mins). Safe , quiet location.

Cons:

I asked for a flat pillow at the desk & was told no we don't have any. Later after I was home, I happened to mention it & was told YES we have flatter pillows. So definitely request them at the desk, they have!
Supermarket was a bit out of the way.
If you have an early flight you have to call a cab (about $70) to the airport because there are no early Uber or Lyfts at 5 am. Ask at the desk for the taxi drivers #'s ahead.

Superfijne kamer dichtbij alles waar je Santa Fe voor komt
Pros:

Mooi hotel in Adobe Pueblo stijl. We hadden een super mooie kamer en suite met keuken voor 2 nachten. Super ruim opgezet en schoon. In de keuken was alles aanwezig wat nodig is. Fijn bed , fijne zithoek. Ook ligt het hotel op loopafstand van het historisch centrum en een winkelcentrum. Bij de receptie hadden we aanbevelingen gekregen voor restaurants, die voldeden ook aan de verwachtingen.

Cons:

Er was geen buiten bij onze kamer en de ramen waren ook niet echt open te zetten. Ook uit veiligheidsoverwegingen denk ik. Maar bij het boeken niet gezien dat er kamers zonder balkon of buiten waren. Ook was er geen house keeping. Geen probleem maar wel opvallend voor een keten als Hilton.
