Beautiful sunsets, lovely pool and hot tub, staff were all incredibly nice!
Pros:

Loved the location by the ocean and a more quiet part of the main drive in Kona.

Cons:

Nothing that we disliked, it is a more quiet resort which was nice. Our kids enjoyed it, but I wouldn’t recommend for families looking for a place their kids can be rowdy in the pool. Amenities were older in the rooms, but everything worked and was nice.

Tolle Lage und Blick auf das Meer
Pros:

Die Unterkunft besteht aus voll ausgestatteten Appartements mit Küche und Wohnbereich. Die Lage ist direkt am Meer, allerdings gibt es keinen Strand, dafür aber einen tollen Pool

We love staying at this property. We love the views if they are available. We have stayed here a handful of times and will continue to come

Cons:

When booking you will not know exactly what room will be assigned and doesn’t match the room you think you are booking. Each room is individually owned and furnished. Some rooms are much more comfortable and better views.

Pros:

Situé à la sortie de Kona, à proximité de nombreuses commodités, cet ensemble d’appartements hôteliers est bien équipé avec une piscine donnant en front de mer. L’endroit est calme et reposant. Produits de toilette fournis ainsi que lave linge dans l’appartement, un réel plus. Le personnel est très gentil et facilite le séjour.

Cons:

D’aspect extérieur, l’endroit paraît vieillissant mais des travaux de rénovation sont en cours.

Pros:

Aston Kona by the Sea is an excellent choice for a vacation. It has a full-size kitchen with everything you need for preparing food, an in-unit washer/dryer, 2 bathrooms, and giant patio with a breathtaking view. The very friendly front desk will guide you with any support you need. Our family enjoyed every moment being there.

An Oceanfront Island Treasure
Pros:

After hearing about this place for a while, we finally had the opportunity to experience it. This place is wonderful. The grounds are beautiful and kept very orderly and clean and secure. Every morning I would enjoy my coffee on the lanai watching the caretakers clean the saltwater pool, hot-tub, gas grills and all of the tables, chairs and lounge chairs daily. Unit 309 was fantastic! It’s a one bedroom condo with two pullout beds, two full bathrooms, in-unit washer/dryer and plenty of living space. It seemed like this unit was recently remodeled as all of the appliances were new. The condo’s decor totally captured the Hawaiian vibe, fun, relaxing and all done tastefully with elements harkening back to Hawaii of the 50’s & 60’s. This is an Ocean front condo with a lanai that is outfitted with table & chairs, loveseat and a lounge chair, enough to seat 7 people, all with a fantastic views of the ocean, pool, hot-tub and beach.
We will definitely be returning! Hopefully we’ll be able to request #309 as it is exactly how I would imagine a Hawaiian vacation home to be like.

Amazing experience
Pros:

My family and I had a wonderful stay. We were fortunate to have the ocean-view suite, and that truly took the experience to another level. Having breakfast while overlooking the ocean and falling asleep each night to the sound of the waves made our stay incredibly relaxing and memorable. The staff was consistently friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our visit, making us feel valued from start to finish. Thank you for helping make our trip such an enjoyable and unforgettable experience.

Quiet, enjoyable stay.
Pros:

The location was good. We enjoyed the view from the room, looking at the ocean, hearing the waves. We also enjoyed the that it was a small hotel , quiet. The office staff was excellent, especially Natalie.

Cons:

The decore of the rooms were old. It smelled when you first walked in. The beds were way too soft!!

Kona family vaca
Pros:

Great location, very spacious, fully equipped.
Condo has SO much potential, but aesthetically needs Major updating!
Having inside laundry is great, however, the laundry unit sounds like a spaceship is taking off.. Accommodated four people. Needs a pull out couch to accommodate any additional family members or you might need to go to Costco and buy a blowup bed. Living room furniture, very uncomfortable.
Front desk personnel was very friendly.
