The staff were very helpful and were able to accommodate us for an early check in. We were very pleased with our room, and the grounds around the hotel are beautiful. I loved that it was right on the beach which ended up being a pretty good beach for us. We even saw 3 turtles while snorkeling there! The only thing we weren’t prepared for was how noisy the Myna birds were! They were squawking even in the middle of the night!

Dining options are walkable. Air shopping plaza with restaurants, food truck area, and onsite dining with great happy hour prices and options. The bar tender was sooo awesome and friendly. The pool is fun and so close to the beach.
The room is so helpful for longer term stays which they supply washer/dryer with detergent and cleaning supplies for dishes. Great value for the price.

The room was cleaned and fully stocked with appliances including washer and dryer with detergent, kitchen accessories for cooking/microwaving, making ice. Very nice view of garden and partial beach view. Walking distance to grocery store, food truck row and some restaurants.
I had to wait for my room till 4pm with two little children traveling solo to Hawaii. I previously contacted the property asking to check in earlier because on PST our checking was 7pm and we left our home at 4am. This made our first day a total disaster with kids being overly tired. On top of that we got a room facing the back of the hotel and some horizon behind the condos below and roof tops. The balcony didn't have a security latch so my kids immediately tried to be on it leaving me no time to rest. I then asked to move us to a front ocean view room on a lower floor. The property has an old Hawaiian style. It's comfortable and clean but it won't be our choice again because I like newer style of amenities .

The property was old and not been updated for quite some time. We were surprised at the checking-in that the so call "ocean View" suite does not have a view on "Ocean" but instead view over the roof or opposite building. We have to move room late in the night (after a long day of traveling) to another unit after complaining to the on-duty staff.
The beach was amazing. Rooms were very clean full kitchen in room. Beach view was so beautiful pool was very beautiful lights up at night with a amazing view. Staff was great will definitely visit here again. I recommend this resort if looking for a laid back romantic atmosphere
Saw a Monk seal sleeping on the beach, sea turtles just hanging out close to the beach. The breakfast was so yummy at the beach club. Two pools so if you didn't want to swim in the ocean you could just relax.
Our stay was wonderful, the pool and beach were terrific. Food trucks, shopping center and restaurants all within walking distance. Snorkel gear and chair rentals were convenient and decently priced. The room had a wonderful view, spacious and had everything we needed.
Beach view is stunning but the windy condition makes swimming less enjoyable but the pool is beautiful. Overall we enjoyed the stay very much.
We booked an ocean view room expecting a spectacular view of the ocean. Instead our room over looked the back parking lot with a somewhat decent view of the ocean, but nothing like we were expecting. I will say next time we return a garden view will be selected. From what I’ve seen this is the way to go for a stunning view with a view of the ocean as well

Such a great experience! The room was spotless and had everything we needed for our week-long stay. The beach view was breathtaking, and the pools were perfect. We’re pretty low-maintenance travelers, and everything exceeded our expectations.
