Aston Maui Hill

This was our first time staying at Maui Hill in Kihei and we were very pleased to have chosen this property for our Maui vacation! We had a very spacious 2 bedroom condo. Great AC units in each bedroom as well as living room area. Fully stocked kitchen with full size refrigerator. Very large living room/dining room area with very clean and comfortable seating. Loved the private patio areas located on either side of our unit. This property was easily within walking distance to beaches, restaurants, shopping. Free parking and plenty of space! Staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Pool was sparkling clean and there were plenty of lounge chairs available no matter what time of day. I appreciate that our unit was stocked w 2 beach chairs and a beach umbrella. You may want to pack your own beach towels as property only provides you with 1 pool towel (per guest) for the week.

Maui Hill was foundation for our exceptional stay on Maui! Had a 2 bedroom unit with easy access to the beach as well as other units where extended was staying. Every staff person we encountered were informative, welcoming and helpful. They definitely added to our very relaxing and peaceful stay on Maui!

Lovely setting and spacious clean suite

The property was up kept and beautiful.

We had a difficult time sleeping on our first night because we could hear the guests staying above us walking late into the evening and again early in the morning.
We also noticed a few housekeeping items that may have been overlooked. The washing machine still had quite a bit of sand inside when I opened it, so I cleaned it before using it. There were also no extra blankets in the room. When I called the front desk, the associate kindly explained that they were the only person working at the time and asked if I would be able to pick up the blankets from the front desk.
The bed sheets, telephone, and headboard seemed a bit dusty, which unfortunately caused me to feel itchy during the night. The popcorn ceiling also appeared dusty, and the carpet could benefit from a deep cleaning.

Because of these concerns, we decided to move to another hotel for the remainder of our stay.

That said, I would like to recognize the front desk associate for being friendly, helpful, and providing us with useful information about the area. I hope this feedback is helpful, as we believe addressing these housekeeping and maintenance issues would make for a much more comfortable stay for future guests.

What did you like?

The room was very spacious with a beautiful ocean view. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made our stay very convenient. Free parking was a great bonus, and the staff was friendly and provided excellent service. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it.

The grounds are very well kept and beautiful. The condos are spacious with a nice design for a large family.

The unit was spacious and had a view of the ocean. We had a 2 bedroom unit, with a large living room (that included a pullout bed), dining room, kitchen, two full bathrooms, and a washer/dryer unit. Though we didn't use the amenities (pool, bocce, tennis, etc) it was nice to have the options onsite. The unit also supplied beach items - folding chairs, picnic blanket, umbrellas, cooler - which were wonderful to have available when traveling from out of town. Parking was also included and just steps from our front door.
