Early check ins are not an option. The staff sent mixed messages about checking in. Not pleased, the resort was really nice.

Great value for the price. Beach access, beautiful pool area, walking distance to Whalers Village or take the free trolley if you prefer. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend!

Good hotel overall. The parking is kind of crappy at night - very limited. The pools are very nice and clean and the ocean is just a short walk away. It is nice overall but there is no daily housekeeping which I was not a big fan of. But overall, the front desk was nice and the property was clean!

Great family resort! Huge room that was perfect for our family of 5. 2 bedrooms and a huge kitchen/living room made for the perfect staycation on Island.
Beautiful property with good amenities, a nice on-site restaurant with great live music. Rooms are a little dated but comfortable with plenty of charm. In our unit the Lanai was in name only- not wide enough to pull a chair out but you can still open it to let the tradewinds through and lean against the railing. The area is basically 100% resorts which isn't for me.
very nice hotel and property but even better staff who work very hard in difficult circumstances ( people are not so great any longer ) + are short staff
we had a bed shortage on room check in via another poor expedia booking but the resort helped us out the next day after a kid camped out on the floor
sleeps 6 means 4 in a king bed and 2 in 2 twin beds?
2 bedroom = no bedrooms :)
we had a decent ant colony in new room for a few days that the resort was not able to resolve but trip to store for ant bait and two bottles of spray and all sorted
we had an issue with cleanliness of the shower and cleaning staff eventually resolved it
local restaurant service is pretty spotty but like most places very short staff and food was ok
they couid clean the chairs once and a while :(
the property is very well maintained and so many little details they look after to make it spectacular
at most resorts the communal bbqs are a disaster but here cleaned spotless every day as just an example of the cleaning detail

can’t say enough bad things about expedia - second time we have booked hotels based on detailed photos and web description only to be given something very different
Property was good but services lacked prompt service. When checked in, I requested for rice cooker which was never delivered until I checked out. Staff could be more friendly since there was no greetings when checked in and during my entire stay. I had to call several times for housekeeping and had to remind them few times before it was attended.
The propert was nice,the apartment was very nice,the bed could have been more comfortable, the ac will not keep up with the rising temperatures so all lights off, doors close and about four fans running kept it bearable doing the day. Night time no problem.

Very good location and great amenities. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was really undersized for the unit and it would get hot indoors around the afternoon. We had friends over and had to move to another unit.
