Pros:

Die Lage ist toll, wir hatten einen Balkon mit Blick auf das Meer und die Buckelwale. Es gibt zwar keinen Strand, aber an der Nachbaranlage und dort kann man im flachen Wasser sehr gut schnorcheln und baden. Die Anlage ist sehr schön und gepflegt, die Parkplätze sind kostenlos und das Appartement hat alles an Ausstattung was man braucht (incl. Strandhandtüchern), aber kein weiteres Strandequipment. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in Papakea und würden wiederkommen!

Cons:

Die Ausstattung ist schon in die Jahre gekommen, was unserem Urlaub aber keinen Abbruch getan hat. Gestört haben uns die Mini-Ameisen in der Küche.

Struttura in generale molto accogliente, ampi spazi esterni estremamente curati. Piscina pulita, possibilità di usufruire del barbecue. Lavatrice e asciugatrice in appartamento veramente utilissime!

Cons:

La posizione, seppur sul mare, offre pochissime alternative di ristoranti/locali dove cenare. Bisogna per forza uscire in macchina o cucinare a casa.

Could have stayed another week.
Pros:

Fabulous view, well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed. We loved the pool, (other recreational activities available), and the quiet and peaceful setting.

Cons:

No real drawer or shelf space for clothing. Owner had left their own scrap carpets, paint, and other stuff on shelves in closet. Staff quickly came and removed this and cleaned shelves for our use. Also had them repair hook behind bathroom door which was falling off. Could do with some updating of appliances and finish. TV could be larger.

Cons:

Power was out for 24 hours. If they should have gave us notice elevator didn't work even when power was on and one of the workers open their door and put a chip in our rental car. Got license. Plate of the workers' vehicle told them said there was nothing they could do.p

Sehr Sauber, schöne gepflegte Anlage, Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden. Gute Lage, Pool sauber, 6 Grillplätze absolut klasse, Waschmaschine und Trockner im Zimmer

Das Apartment war sehr abgewohnt. Hier ist eine Erneuerung dringend erforderlich.

We enjoyed it very much.

The location, the view, the amenities

Cons:

The bedrooms were extremely hot, the air conditioner was not cooling down the bedrooms. Also if someone walked in to balcony and forget to close the sliding door the the air conditioner stopped working. We figured it out when the room got very hot. On top of it, we had to make sure the sliding doors were closed in a way that the sensor were aligned otherwise no air conditioner.
