Pros:

Grounds are well kept. Walking distance to ABC, grocery store, food trucks and restaurants. Condo was updated and bed was comfortable. Office was prompt when requested extra toiletries. Beautiful view of the ocean and pool.

The accommodation was not very expensive.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our stay did not meet our expectations. The room we received was quite different from what we had anticipated based on the listing. The air conditioning did not work properly, which made the room uncomfortable at times. The bed was a fold-out bed that felt unstable and was not particularly comfortable.

We were also surprised to find a large mirror directly opposite the bed, which was not something we had expected. Additionally, the bathroom was extremely small and lacked sufficient space.

Please poison the cockroaches in room E208.
Pros:

I liked that the room had everything you need for life: a kettle, iron, ironing board, microwave. And we had a nice view. The pool and jacuzzi were very nice.

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that when we went to check in, we were met by a cockroach in the room. It was terrible. We asked to change rooms, they kindly agreed, but offered a room with no view, and that didn't suit me. So we preferred to stay there and killed the cockroach. It's a shame that when we asked them to come disinfect or just clean, they said no, they only clean after check-out.

Pros:

Sehr schöne gepflegte Wohnanlage. Toller Pool mit Grills.
Das Apartment war groß, hatte eine super Aussicht und war sehr gut eingerichtet. In der Küche gab es alles was man braucht. Das Bad war ausreichend und mit tollen Duschartikel und vielen Handtüchern ausgestattet.

Cons:

Das Bett könnte etwas breiter sein.

Pros:

Wunderschönes, großes Zimmer mit Blick auf den Ozean. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Sogar mit richtigem Herd, Waschmaschine, Trockner und Ofen. Lage sehr gut. Um die Ecke ein ABC wo man alles bekommt.

Cons:

Das Personal beim Check-In war doch ein wenig distanziert. Irgendwie hab ich das Gefühl gehabt das ich störe.

We are absolutely obsessed with this apartment! 😍 It was huge, super comfy, and spotless. The balcony view? Simply breathtaking! Es war wie eine Wohnung, wir können selber kochen, sogar grillieren. Pool bis späte Abend offen, sehr ruhig allgemein, perfekt.
