The Kimberly Hotel

The Kimberly is a home away from home.
It is perfect. Every aspect of the stay was exemplary, from the spacious room to every staff member with whom we interacted: Standouts include MD, Max, and every doorman. They were fun, helpful and polite. Exquisite hotel. Grounded and exceptional staff. Lucious boutique hotel in a safe and upscale neighborhood.
We will come stay here on each visit. Guaranteed.

Although food options were not extensive, what the offered was very good. Staff and service was a cut above. Requests were handled quickly and staff was always courteous even if only in passing. Also staff was extremely helpful in arranging top notched transportation back to the airport saving us time and money. Highly recommend this hotel.

The Kimberly needs to improve its lighting in the rooms and bathrooms. The bathrooms and rooms are very dark.

We loved our time at the Kimberly, it was beyond our expectations in every way. This is no chain hotel, but a place where you genuinely feel welcome and a part of something special.

The suite was amazing, at a fantastic price, and the staff were welcoming and friendly. A particular shout out to Ralph who greeted us on arrival and made us feel we were on our tenth visit, not our first. To say I recommend the Kimberly is an understatement - I urge you to stay here if you want to stay in Midtown.

Staff and Hotel are great. Shower in our room was luxurious. We marveled at the art and antique furniture inside the lobby and our room. Will stay again next time we’re in NYC.

Excellent service, beautiful rooms, great central location

Loved that we had 2 bathrooms! Hotel and room was very clean. One block away from subway, easy to catch a taxi or uber out front. Plenty of dining options nearby. Very central to what we wanted. It’s not on the super modern side, but very well taken care of and bathrooms do seem remodeled. Only wish thy had put in a fan in restroom! Will stay here again, maybe next June.

Wonderful overnight stay before a cruise! I LOVED this hotel and will definitely be back the next time I travel to the city. This hotel has the most friendly and helpful staff I have ever encountered. The rooms are wonderful and I love the old time feel of everything. Just a FABULOUS stay.

Outstanding

We enjoyed our stay at the Kimberly. This is a suite hotel with very large suites with a kitchen and large sitting room. This isn’t a modern hotel but it was very comfortable. The staff was extremely nice and friendly. Ralph the doorman was exceptional.

Amazing stay. Everything was first class.

The only thing we didnt like was the roof top bar, couldn't see anything sitting down you had to stand up to see the view of city to many plants. Outside of that rooms were great. Front desk and everything else was amazing.

Right when we walked in, the front desk was super friendly and informative. Asking about our trip and offering services that might enhance our visit. We loved the doormen who were very friendly, helpful and remembered who we were. The room was full of amenities, everything we would need and very clean. We absolutely loved the classic beauty of this hotel, rooftop bar was so fun. This will definitely be our Hotel for NYC!

Loved our stay! Easily the largest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in in NYC. Staff were wonderful - attentive and friendly. Can’t wait to visit again!
