Place was nice and liked that there was a stop to go through to get to building.

Cons:

Distance from main branson attractions. We stayed only 2 nights and at the time of check in was approached about going to their presentation about their resort, which I said no. Then was told I had Vip gifts tho, still said no. Less then 24 hours later on a Saturday afternoon, I got another call. They asked if I was ready for check out in the morning and that I hadn't signed up for a presentation time, which again said no. They again said I have vip gifts. I again said no and had to get rude cause they would not take no for an answer. We have stayed at many resorts as non owners and they do not approached us about presentations.

Overall a great experience and will want to come back on my next visit to Branson

Disrespectful Tiny penis (has sales awards) typically people brag about real achievements
Pros:

Room, staff at resort, Branson

although we paid for our room in full , we were pressured into a meeting for an hour and a 1/2 turned out to be 3 hours because the gentleman decided to be very disrespectful and would not let us leave

Cons:

High pressure sales made it a nightmare we left a day early due to the disrespectful behavior of the closer also the resort shared my children's names and ages with the sales staff which I am certain is illegal

We had ants in our kitchen, they came and sprayed but the ants came back and nobody ever followed back up with us. Kind of disappointing, considering what we paid.

It was overall a great stay.
Pros:

I loved that the room was a home away from home, as well as the adult only pool that stayed open til 11pm.

Cons:

We did not enjoy the breakfast and the few options that were available.

The bed was very uncomfortable, so my sleep was not the best. Other than that, everything was great!

Great place for family or extended family meet-up!
Pros:

The resort grounds were clean and had plenty of amenities for kids/families. The water features are beautiful to see at night! So grateful for Starbucks at the front building!
Our two bedroom suite was plenty of space, a small home-away-from-home. Really enjoyed time on the patio that was private with trees.
The check-in process was smooth (yet a bit lengthy with kids waiting in the car). We appreciated the info papers for the resort and Branson activities.
Declined the 1.5 hour “video and survey review” (on Mother’s Day) without much hassle. A single plead again, but it was no issue and they didn’t push timeshare like many reviews said.

Cons:

I didn’t like the text from the front office that was once again asked for my participation in the video and survey.
